We had a realtor murdered while showing a million dollar home, a woman and a man walked in and killed her, they’ve never been found.

My mom was a realtor for 25+ years. We always had a code word or term. During open houses, if she thought things were sketchy right away, we planned she’d call and say the words. I was really young but I still understood even at that time. There was some guy stalking my mom for awhile and he had kept sending her sexual pictures, but she didn’t know him. After awhile we found out who he was/where he lived. (High class neighborhood,) and the police never did anything. That’s the first time I realized I had to fear for my life as a woman... I’m not a typical feminist, I just know that a lot of men are sexually driven, enough to do scary things, more than women... I grew up that day a lot.

This may be off the wall but maybe someone was living in the house illegally🤷🏾‍♂️

People don't realize how dangerous it is to be a real estate agent showing houses. I used to have a "friend" who was a real estate agent and she used to ask me to go along with her on the weekends sometimes to show a house. The only time she wasn't nervous is when she knew the guy she was showing the house to had kids with him.

Nope, she wouldn't even get out of the car if that happened. Always arrive early and If at all possible never park in the driveway, always park on the curb. Never make yourself the victim.

At least she'll go out fighting. If you meet a woman with one hand in her purse, it's not a good idea to try anything that will make her show you why her hand is in her purse.

Video? Phone records? Gas station video to the home? There has to be surveillance cameras! Who was she supposed to meet? Praying that justice be served for her! This is horrendous!

I am a Realtor in Las Vegas and its not an exception to get pretend buyers or sellers. This is why taking extra precautions like a simple questions to filter the real and the fake can at least help. But no matter what, I pray to God to always protect me and keep e away from harm as only God can truly keep us safe. Rip Ashley. Be safe out there whether you’re a realtor or not.

I feel like it was someone close to her. Someone that knew she'd be there. The killer would shock everyone, because it's someone they'd never guess. God bless

Mandd Big, I agree with you, something is way WAY off!!! Jealous Co-worker?? Theory: Jealous co-worker, pretends to be a buyer. makes an appointment with her to view home. Soon as she leaves office the person (who maybe shares the same office, watches her leave) Then they'd have time to get rid of any evidence (names, diary entries, dump burner phone etc) Scary. I'd like to know if they caught whoever murdered her.

How awful. A dear friend of mine was also murdered the same situation in Washington State. We were realtors also. After that no one did open houses alone for a long time

We had a female real estate agent killed while showing a house here in Arkansas a few years back.

Wow, you can say that a person was really loved and I'll believe you, but you tell me 1600 people came to her funeral and they raised more than $600,000 for a park for her and I'll swear it in an affidavit

Unfortunately a random secluded act of murder would be the hardest type of case to solve

Think there was a similar case in Arizona or New Mexico where a realtor was killed by some random guy who called up for a showing and then went to the house and killed the realtor. Also, why is the Cadillac Escalade a possible lead? Does any local realtor drive such a car? Does a friend of hers? Relative? Why is that car suspicious in a neighborhood like that? Was she raped? Robbed? If no, then it most likely was someone close to her who wanted her gone.

So sad. 😢 Continued prayers for Ashley's family and friends. She was so beautiful! May Ashley continue to Rest In Peace. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️

We had a similar case here in my city of Victoria BC, Canada.

So sad I live in the Des Moines area and just around the corner of that park. West Des Moines is a pretty quiet place and it was very shocking that somebody that cruel would do something like that.

This seems to be a common occurrence.

Sorry but Albuquerque has a lot of addicts, seedy people and street crime, it only takes one skuzzy dude (of MANY skuzzy dudes) trailing her from the Starbucks or McDonald’s drive-thru to her next showing and they could even hit while she’s waiting for the real client to show up. The specter of this type of crime deterred me from getting my license as backup plan.

reminds me of a case that was on 'unsolved mysteries' where a male realtor was murdered and it was never solved nor could they ever even figure out a possible motive. i'm also male and even i would have some sort of weapon available for just in case. but then again, you can always be ambushed in some way so there are no guarantees either way.

A local Ross Lorelllo was found guilty of killing a local agent. I wonder if he killed that Lindsay Bubuiak that lived in Canada. The description of the guy sounds like Ross that Lindsay Bubuiak girl was with, 6 foot tall and caucasian guy he had a woman with him though and killed that agent during a showing.

Sometimes when I see these stories of get all excited to watch, but through out watching reality hits me this persons dead, there was a funeral.

Why can't the cops look at cell phone records that pinged off towers near by. Because no one else in a 1000 mile radius has been killed this way im sure we can weed that out, Caddi, can't they do a vehicle search to see who owns or owned one in that county the start narrowing it down. Escalade means the perp has money, I'm gonna say this is a man getting rid of competition for m ore than just housing. I'ts probably her boss, or someone in that business in which there was an affair.

Hopefully Police did cell tower dump. Check every cell phone in that area

This is a rehashed story from 3 years ago. They must be trying to get new leads by re-airing it. This is definitely a cold case then.
