This man is mature! Last video shocked me that he was 11years her junior but oh boy that man sounds like a wise Old man. I’ve been challenged to see relationships on a deep level. And thanks to the both of you for unraveling boxes for us. The introspection of seeing our partner goes beyond a check list and expectations. Thank you for opening your home to us through these podcasts. I’m growing

Both of them are spiritually sound and well mannered. Something special about their upbringing
Two emotionally and intellectually mature people these conversations are really eye opening and reassuring
Wow...this couple the gentleman is really in his place of leadership, the wife gracely follows.Their communication is smooth and flows effortlessly. I must say this has an origin at a prayer altar. God deepen and multiply you.
Watching your conversations always stirs up in me a hunger to sit with God to get to know Him more, and relate with Him as a friend. May the Spirit bring more people to your channel, and may they be impacted in the same way I am!
Adjust to let your spouse fit in that chair, sunk deep🤔. Your conversations are mind blowing, the eloquence from each end gets you glued on and on👌🏾👌🏾 I need to say this😊 the way you widely smile and look at Shana towards the end of the podcast, is romantic 🥰. Please hold your hands longer, affirm your love for each other and say a prayer to sum it up…just a thought. Be blessed, 🙏🏽
I just enjoy listening to this couple. When I start, it's hard for me to pause or stop. It's a must watch till the end... The Kitakas, well done & God bless yo marriage
This couple is really a huge huge blessing to me. I am learning a lot each and every single time I watch a video of you two. My request is that when my time is come to be like you two, I pray that you are part of my premarital counselors. And I know God will make it come to pass. May God mightily bless you guys.

The long awaited one!
Just a few minutes in (where the discussion of the ongoing process of refining our mindset) and I am reminded of the verse that speaks about Jesus being the “author and perfecter of our faith” - it has me thinking about how indeed our faith walk will forever be a journey that is only perfected (completed) by Christ himself (I assume in eternity as is also highlighted in the promise on the cross).
Great lessons. God increasingly increase the grace upon you.
These conversations are such defining every word counts a millions insight. thanks for the podcast

Thanks to you guys for opening up your lives to us. Was blessed by this conversation. As a Christian, I have loved the story of how Felix took the battle to the flesh. Conversation was a sermon and a pre-marital counselling meshed into one together with some beautiful light humour. Love you guys.
I just love the calmness in the conversations. If it is not for the cameras, I really do tap on the blessing in your marriage.

Am spired, but also how do I find out my purpose in regards to God's calling?
little did I know that, mind is the principle of marriage , leaving God as. no 1 .
I don't know what or how I would react if I had someone that challenges me like he does all the time...guess it's a good thing and helps with growth...i like it though, or maybe am enjoying to listen because am not the one being challenged. It's got me thinking too....and, I just looked up the meaning of your name Ruhk-shana...and wow what a name with a beautiful meaning. All in all...when two people first get married...there is usually a period of adjustment for the both of them. My husband and I struggled in the first months..we have since grown so much, rough edges get smoothed out with time, it gets easier as the years go by.....good stuff, I like it

I agree. He's not easy to deal with I guess.
If we had more such couples the national crime statistics especially issues of gender based violence which affect family would be low . Once family is threatened, community and society must be disorganized too by wrong citizens ✍️ It's not how long u have been married but all about what ur doing in that marriage God bless you the kitakas
You are everything I have ever wanted to see in a couple. And my humble request is to meet you some day. Especially the woman of God
Kitaka is full of wisdom. Shana is too honest
I just love you guys ....
It's easy to tackle marriage issues that don't involve a cheating spouse.
Hi ..I love u pipo and looking forward to meet you pipo...
Hello The Kitakas..Thanks for a wonderful podcast, I had to come back and listen again ..I have been pondering on this whole idea of oneness, why is just the flesh and not the Spirit as well? Is marriage that deep then, if its just the flesh which is corruptible? Or is that part of making marriage an idol? Also purposes, is there anything such as reconciling purposes? Thank you once again

It really begins with the desire to want to know God intimately. 1) Study the word 1/24 JOSHUA 1:8-8 (AMP) 8 This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success. 2) Find teachers of the Word that bring enlightenment to your soul. 3) Find people that are on the same journey to spiritual growth and continually fellowship with them. 10/13 HEBREWS 10:25-25 (AMP) 25 Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching. Those are my two cents. - FK

That's not a very good place to be as I have learned. It does not allow for the fluidity that comes with one led of God. What happens if you are being prompted to go another way but you are set on your own way? The scriptures speak of the steps of a righteous man being ordered of God.
Who leads my mind is it my Flesh or the Spirit of God?

You choose ,once born again, the spirit of God is in you. So renew your mind with God's word to lead you or else you may still choose to go by the world standards(flesh). But choose life.Romans12:2,deut 30:19, Galatians5:17

Off to Read Galatians 5:17.
How about we just live as simple beings rather than thinking deeply about each and every thing. A coin has 2 sides totally different. A woman can never think like a man or a man who thinks like a woman. But we can compliment each other and support each of her. Let's enjoy each others differences. This makes a relationship more exciting than a systematic school.

Am not setling for 'simple', iam settling for excellence . When you are led by the spirit of God, one might think that u are thinking deeply abt everything. Bt when actually it's just mere obedience to the holly spirit

😂😂😂 me too thought she is a south African kumbe masaka local breed ,tx for inspiring us the kitakas . I pity those who consider age difference in couples with a pseudo mindset that a man must be older than the woman !!!! Marry substance, content, character , vision, epitaph and upbringing not age which is a mere figure ✍️🇺🇬
Some men give u reason to submit.
@thekitakas
Жыл бұрын
I can see where you are coming from but it's not really that easy - this submission thing! I am still learning and I trip every other day. That said, our submission as wives is not conditional just as their love should not be.They are both instructions that have nothing to do with the state of the recipient!

@@thekitakas Shan ....I probably want to read and read these statements once again. I am so much learning to submit unconditionally, but what if what if flowing in the vessels down the line is not the will of God?? Won't my submission be misguided?
