    Great information, I only wish I had learned this information10 years ago, when I could get up off the floor. Now I have a plan, first NEVER to fall and secondly to crawl on hands and knees to stairs so I can pull myself upright again. Thank you for this invaluable information!

    Thanks but would like to know why the one exercise where We close our eyes and stand with one foot in front of the other. Do you know why I became extremely dizzy? I can do all the others but that one caused had dizziness does that mean that I have high risk for falling? Thanks! Jeanette. M

    Thanks. But I can do all the other exercises. But the dizziness is only when I close my eyes if I keep practicing..Will it get better?
