This episode of the speaker series M9 spotlights Eru Kapa-Kingi, a legal academic and staunch advocate for Māori rights and sovereignty.
Through his studies, Eru developed a deep knowledge of the intersection between Māori and Pākehā jurisprudence, the philosophy and theory of law.
Now, as a legal academic, he teaches about He Whakaputanga, Te Tiriti, and tangata whenua rights, challenging misconceptions and shedding light on the true essence of these foundational documents.
