Ok can I be honest with u guys…I got so tired of working on this moving content that it made me feel pretty sad about my channel and really dislike the whole editing process 🥲 the clips are all shaky and I was so tired throughout filming and sick during the editing that I don’t really feel satisfied with what I created. Battling my perfectionism takes a lot of energy and feeling okay with sharing content I don’t feel the proudest of makes it hard for me to keep creating. These past few weeks since moving, I’ve felt like I couldn’t publish any new content until I finished this moving saga. It’s made me feel so stuck and disconnected from my passions. So now I’m so SO pleased to get back to making the rambly plant content I love and feel proud of myself for persevering. Already got a new plant chores video in the works and I truly feel so happy about it!! I can feel the life returning to me 🌞 Thanks so much for sticking with me through this transition, I would have quit this channel by now if it wasn’t for your support and patience. seriously thank you so much :) 🥰💜

actually I really enjoy the "organic"/"unperfect" aspect of your videos, it seems more genuine and relatable. It helps me to feel motivated because it is a good reminder that done is better than perfect, especially with living being that need to be looked after asap 😅💚

The reason I fell in love with your channel is because it is so real. You should us what being a plant parent is really like, not this perfect image where everything is going well. You show us mistakes you've made like plants flying off shelves and crashing onto the floor and sometimes neglecting certain plants. Moving is such a tough thing to do without anything going wrong. Happy you made the journey!

Don’t you ever stop posting!! Your worst video is probably 100% better than some of the other videos I’ve seen. Give yourself grace and realize that you are AMAZING for accomplishing what you have done. A move like that would break me. Physically and mentally. Take your time and do not be hard on yourself. We will be here for any video you share with us and I guarantee we’ll love it!

We love you! Thanks for sharing, and I hope the Covid's over.
Honestly girl, what a impressive undertaking to set up your camera and film this whole moving process PLUS also being sick with covid - kudos to you! I am not moving anytime soon but I've saved this whole moving series as future reference
What a massive undertaking. Thank you for sharing. You all should be proud of your work.

thank you so much Jess!! ☺️💜✨💞
If you haven't figured out your forced air issue yet, there are these covers you can put on them that are magnetic and can help redirect the air while still giving you air. Hope you both are feeling better!!!
I can’t wait to see how you style your house with all your beautiful plants! (Also all the extra space for getting new ones!)
I’ve never seen a moving plant blog with so many plants packed with such care!

I know right...she did a great job packing all her gorgeous and beautiful planets 💕 I love it 💗
I really don’t know how you 2 managed that amount of work. I moved 2 years ago with my husband, my 2 daughters and 40 plants and I was overwhelmed 😂 You can be proud! What an organization 💪🏾 Also one of our neighbors offered me the same fern when we moved in because she saw that I loved plants. It didn’t survive 😭
You've done an awesome job of filming the packing up and unpacking of all your beautiful plants. Congratulations on the move! I hope you and your husband have recovered and feeling better. And I hope your parents didn't get sick. Take your time, regenerate and film when the inspiration comes. Enjoy your new home!!!
Any content is always appreciated! I was getting worried.. So glad you are settling in.. that fern! 😍💚

😊💜 thanks so much for your support Petra!! so sorry for worrying you 💕💕thank you for caring
At Lowe’s or Home Depot or maybe even Ace, you can get air vent covers that attach with magnets, they redirect the air from blowing straight down! Those air vent flow directors are less than $10 and can extend or retract for wide or narrow vents! I have air vents on my floor and with those clear plastic air flow redirector vent covers, I can put my plants on stands right on top of the vent with air directed away from them!
The fern!!!! haha that is amazing! Thank upu for sharing all this with us. this was so much work on so many levels. great job girl!!
I am SO excited to watch this!!!!! I can’t wait to see the house!! Yay!! I have been binge watching all your videos this week. KZread recommended your channel and I was hooked instantly. Love from South Carolina ❤

Wow - I was so overwhelmed just seeing all of those boxes! You did great!!! And, considering that you were getting sick on top of it?! Hats off to you! 👏👏👏 I hope you’re both feeling better and doing well! I can’t wait for the plant tour of your new home - so exciting!! Thank you for sharing!! 💜💚🪴🌵
Thank you so much for sharing your move with us! I was so excited this week thinking about how busy you were unpacking and I couldn’t wait to see your new home. Your fans love you. Shaky cameras are what make us feel like family. Even having covid you are such a bright part of my day! Thank you , thank you, thank you!
I love how supportive your husband is of your plants, and how he has faith the mini varicosum will still live or you can prop. It lol super cute! Hope you both are feeling better from Covid!
Congratulations on your beautiful new home! What a wonderful place to showcase your gorgeous collection of plants 🪴. Hopefully your both feeling better. The move & unpacking was an amazing feat considering how sick you and your husband were. Thankyou for taking us along. I absolutely love your videos 🥰
Thanks so much for the new video!!! I can’t wait to see how you set them all up!!!
Your plants did really great in the move. And I’m sending prayers for healing of your Covid I just had it and it took me forever to get over it and still have side effects from it.
Good grief that dieffenbachia always looks so amazingly perfect, my brain always first registers it as a faux plant before realising it's real, it looks so amazing
So sorry you got sick! Love your content and so excited to see you fill up your new house. Finally that outdoor space you have always wanted. Congratulations on your new home ;)
I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this!!!!!!
Thank you so much for sharing! I love seeing how plants do during a move, so even if the footage wasn't perfect, I'm really grateful you took the time to edit it and put it up. Looking forward to seeing everything settled in your new home!
I am ungodly early but have been to excited to see you unpack your plants!

Wow, you did a really good job of packing all your plants securely and very well. There seemed to be very few casualties - so well done you. I hope you and your husband have recovered from the Covid and are settling in to your new home. Dont be discouraged -y our video was great. xxx
I'm so happy for you that you got to move into a home and have a bigger place to plant and garden

I’m so happy for you guys!!! Congrats on the new house, move and everything🤗 Glad to see a new video. Keep them coming!
Hope you're both feeling better and great job unpacking all the beautiful plants.
I hope you and your husband are better by now. Congrats on your move! I got home from 17 days in SF some of mt plants were sad.
Hope you’re feeling better and that your parents didn’t get sick.
Whew, what a labor of love 💚 Your thoughtfulness and hard work in the packing process really paid off. Can I recommend some air deflectors for the vents? Clear plastic ones are nearly invisible and keep the air from coming straight down. Sorry to hear y'all were/are ill!
Really enjoyed this!! Definitely going to use some of these tips for moving with plants in the future. So excited to see how you style your new home with your plants😍💚 Thanks for sharing this process with us
This was amazing! I love how the plants look perfect next to the big windows in the kitchen. Hope both of you are better and looking forward to the next video
I love the lighting in your house 😍💚🪴
You did wonderful moving all of your plants!!! 👍🏾
Moving stresses me out like nobody's business. I'm amazed you managed to do all that AND film while you were sick! The new house is stunning, kudos to you and make sure to relax after!
That fern at the end 👏👏👏 hope you guys healed well!
Big round of applause to you girl❤ I’m in the army & constantly moving and it gives me anxiety to even think of moving let alone with plants I always sell or give them away! 😅 But thank you for the inspiration/motivation
I love your videos! Can't wait for more🌿💚
❤❤❤ glade you made it! Welcome to your new home 🏡 ❤
One thing I can attest for is ferns are AWESOME shippers lol. I once hauled 250 6" ferns in the back of a Chevy Tahoe all stacked on top of each other, and they had no problems looking fab after delivery! I hope you and you husband feel better quickly! being sick while moving is so tiring :(
Idk if someone has already suggested this but they have vent covers to redirect air flow. They might help with your plants
I love your plants
This was so helpful, and very impressive. I subscribed to your channel because of this video. So I think you did great! I appreciate the extra work you put in by filming and editing. Thank you so much! Your plants are just glorious!
I hope you guys are feeling better! So glad the move went well. Can't wait to see where everything ends up!
Excited to see how you set all the new plants up, looks like you’ve got a lot of space to play with!
Happy to see u again!
Excited to see all there new homes! Your house looks really nice and the plants will look so pretty when you set them all up!
soooo happy you're back!!!! :) great video!!
I do not know how you did this. You are amazing! 💓
Watching this makes me feel so much less alone because in October me and my husband moved from SoCal to the Bay Area (basically opposite what you did lol) and we moved with 4 cats, all my plants (ended up being around 50), and my geckos, and it was the most stressful and difficult thing we’ve ever done in our life. We couldn’t afford movers and both of us were too stubborn to ask friends for help, and it was a huge mistake in the long run because we literally did not have the strength to do everything ourselves. With some help from a couple people we made it up here to SJ, and ended up hiring movers to help us unpack the uhaul. But sadly I had no room to bring all my plants because my husband underestimated how big of a truck we’d need 😞 but now, months later my plants have mostly recovered and we’ve settled in. Funny enough we both got COVID too shortly after 😭 so I totally understand you girl. So happy most your plants made it and hope you guys feel better soon!
You did a Great job with the Packing 👌not many got damaged.
Yall did an awesome job moving all those plants. Idk if I could have do it. Very minimal damage!! I hope both of you are feeling better. Congrats on the New House!!
I could neverrrrr lol wow amazing job you guys, took a village but I’m Soo happy you brought us on this journey! 🎉 congrats :)
I am moving from Alaska to Missouri and i am lucky I don't have half as many plants as you but I am planning on driving as many of my plants through Canada
Hey girl! Someone probably already told you this but they make air deflectors that go over your vents to help save your plants!
Wow i love all your plants collection maam , specially the new arrival plants that you unbox , fully watch and leave all my support to you ok ? See you ...
Nice place
All I could say is WOW. Moving n sick Wow
💚
Don't worry about the AC so much. They will be OK. Humidity is good, but air movement also is good.
Moving with plants can be so streessful. We made one move from California to Idaho. Everythine we owned on the back of a large stock truck. I left my house plants for last and put them in very back corner with nothing on top but a light blanket to protect them from the full sun. Dear neighbor that was helping us move saw that opening and tossed his huge duffle bag up over the 8 foot high side of the truck landing it down on top of my plants. I saw him do it but could not get him stopped in time. 25 hours on the road in 100 degree weather. Most of the plants survived. AND we had no house to move into we were building a log cabin so my plants had to just line up along the camper side in the shade of the awning and roped off fromthe mules and our horse. It was getting super cold by the time we could move into our house but hubby did let me move the house plants in to salvage them. So sorry you got sick. Really sucks with so much to do and so litttle energy. Been down myself for a little over a month. Mine was just a cold . So hard to get the energy going again. Just do what you can and screw the rest.
Hello, purple hair twin! I'm sure don't remember me... You did an awesome job packing your beautiful plants... Hope you and your husband are feeling better soon!

of course I remember you Lynda!!!! hope you’re doing well you lovely purple lady ☺️💜✨ thanks so much for your longtime support! you have a special place in my heart 🥰
Get vent diverters they can redirect the air flow
Just a suggestion, you can find air deflectors like at walmart, home improvement stores, amazon. They have magnets that can still to the metal of the vents and can divert the air away from your plants without having to close vents and such. I'll be moving this summer likely and have about 200 plants, your videos have been extremely helpful on giving me ideas on how to pack them. Thank you!!

Except for the winter freeze we had before Christmas, it stays hot in California, NM, AZ, and TX throughout December. In Texas it’s been in the 80s all week.
Nice dog
Get an air Director from Lowe’s it Home Depot
21:10 what’s the name of that purple plant and do you grow it indoors or outside.
What’s the dark leaf plant at 21:20? The big one you had just pulled out of the box?

Congratulations on house purchase! Take B12 to help get immune system up again. Rest, fluids, take care.
Really enjoyed your commitment to your plants. But I'm a bit shocked of all the packaging. So much plastic, cardboard and other single-used resources. How much waste did you produce?
