He has NEVER lifted in a meet anywhere near what Julius has, so UNTIL Danial does anything but a gym lift, he might as well be another Brad Castleburry.......lol. It’s a shame Kazmaier tore a pec in of all things the steel bar bend in 1981. Injury free he would’ve broken the 700lb barrier by 1983. I’m 100% positive on that.

crazy that the raw world bench advanced that much in 6 years. Reminds me of olympic records where someone breaks it and other people start breaking that record soon after simply knowing its possible.

I am a fan of Julius and follow him and his achievements for years...he is the real deal for me as a power lifter and as a man(as is Obringer) Zamani might be as well, but after the exposure of the "Iranian Hulk" I remain a bit skeptical... although that might be a bit unfair towards Zamani and his achievements. Danial sucked as a powerlifter all his life so he quit competing and added using fake weights. His real authentic lifts are mediocre as hell. We can all add 150kg to our bench in a year and lift 800 unofficially like Zamani or Castleberry, hell anyone can even bench 1000lb on instagram but only real people are taken seriously.

I met you and heard you speak at the ARC Crown Center in Springfield Ky and you are a inspiration to not giving up or giving in.

Been watching for years, I'm patient cause that 800 is coming! Not a matter of "if" it's a matter of when

Daniel Zamani benched 804lbs unofficially months ago. You can doubt the legitimacy of the lift, but that kind of uncertainty is the problem with any unofficial lift, and so calling this an unofficial world record still seems shady to me. Whichever one of you gets it in comp first though, I can't wait. That will be an incredible day for the sport. Best of luck.

@@meginna8354 Zamani lifts in the same gym as a bunch of other Iranian bodybuilders and strength athletes, and the weights he uses are consistent with the ones they use. It's a legit gym, and performing his lifts in a legit gym adds credibility. Otherwise, there's literally nothing at all in any of his videos that indicates he's using fake plates. I agree that it's much harder to say that he's genuine, than it is to say the same for Julius, because Julius has a much better record in comp, but I don't think it's fair to just assume the dude is cheating. There's nothing unbelievable about Zamani's 804 unofficial WR, and so I don't see any good reason to disregard it. Still, I hope he proves himself in comp sometimes soon, because Maddox or Zamani, that's what really matters.

@@dog-jk2hn He only trains with Peiman, a guy who has once competed in WSM qualifiers. You don't know either one of them so there's no argument there. "nothing indicates that he's using fake plates"°what a ludacris statement, except for the fact that he sucked all his life then added 150kg on his bench in a year on insta and avoids meet offers like the plague. How the progression and weight gain doesn't match his history or anything feasible in history. Also the wonky physics on his lifts and bars that don't match the claimed weights, or the fact that his plates are made by a buddy of his. Everything about it screams fake and that it shouldn't be taken serious. In your case it's just pure argument from intuition. If you want to be consistent then you have to believe every fake lift on the internet by any joe smo.

If Zamani hit anything close to this in competition then his 804 would be believable, but until then Julius is still the king!

You are an inspiration for sure. I am weak as fuck on bench, but watching you killing it is giving me motivation to get better as well

The gym doesn't have fake plates, and he seems to be using the same ones as the others in his videos. He hasn't proven his strength in competition yet, which is exactly why it's an *unofficial* world record, but there's literally no evidence to suggest he's using fake weights.
