I appreciate that!!
If you make the nozzles out of 303 stainless steel, it will last a lifetime. It doesn't chip or crack like graphite, is easy to machine...similar to 6061 aluminum, and will survive CATOs. I have one 75mm 303 that has over 40 firings including 2 CATOs and is good as new. And they are now approved for Tripoli research flights. Your Harbor Freight lathe will easily machine 29, 38, and 54mm 303 nozzles...maybe even a 75mm. Just remember that a stainless steel nozzle will melt using apcp (sugar burns cooler).

Your information on stainless steel is fantastic; good graphite can be quite expensive! I haven't attempted to turn steel on my Harbor Freight lathe because I anticipated it would be frustrating.
Cheers from DR, keep up the work, you deserve more subs!!
You could probably make a rocket nozzle out of tree stump wood since it’s so damn hard to burn !
Interesting, thank you, great flight camera plus sound work!
very nice
Awesome work! Keep sharing your journey into Sorbitol motors!

It is a RunCam 2 4k attached with electrical tape! The red, white, and blue rocket is scratch built which I call Avenger. I need to order the decales and send it. Thanks for your comment!

Powdered ethanol would probably work but it is very regulated in many states. Testing unknown fuels can be hazardous, proceed with great caution.
What lathe do you use? You mentions habor freight..however they don't seem to list the max diameter for the jaws.

I have a 7x10 that I bought used, it came with two sets of jaws for the 3" chuck. saya selalu gagal dan malah seperti petasan air mancur..pertanyaan saya berapa kilogram daya dorong propelan 38 mm yang anda buat?
@TheRocketeer

Motor 38mm menghasilkan daya dorong sekitar 35 pon. Bahan bakarnya harus sangat kering dan ukuran noselnya harus benar. penerjemah Google
