Experimental Rocket Motors - Graphite Nozzles in Aerotech Case
Ғылым және технология
A quick video on how I use graphite nozzles in Aerotech Hardware. This is the setup I'm now using to characterize propellants in 54/852 AT cases. Obviously be smart and this isn't a full tutorial, and may not even be good advice. That's why it's experimental rocketry. Be safe!

Nice video. Were those your grains you made? If so that was a great burn. Also what was the formula and Impulse? This is Anthony btw...🤘

Those were some of my grains! It’s basically a tiger tail formula with 4% AL. Since no one seems to be flying this winter I’ve been doing a little mixing. Probably a J200 something. I need to get a better load cell than a bathroom scale and go pro haha. Not high performance at all but dead simple to make.

Great work! That was a really clean burn! Hopefully we can meet up somewhere this spring and drag those motors!
I replaced ALL rockets and plane propulsion on the planet (nasa tested and decided to not give me credit and build it). Sounds like a movie 😂
As cool as this was to watch, your pronunciation of phenolic is driving me mad lol.

Haha I am just realizing I have reversed the e and o in my mind for my entire rocket career. Also I keep calling the Easy Motor my Open Motor.

@@pathtouch1 at least that's a reasonable explanation. Some people just can't word :)
