Awesome video! I have 2 questions: 1) What was her bite like before the accident? Was it the same as the bite was after the splint therapy with many places where teeth didn't touch? And if not how does that make sense? If she used to be in a normal MIP with no joint issues, then why can't we get her back to that old MIP? 2) When all the teeth are prepped and you're using the leaf gauge to take a bite registration, how do you know that's the same position that you got her into with the splint? I understand holding the VDO with the gingival margin measurement from the waxup, but how do you know the joints/jaws are in the same position as the post-splint MIP?

Post road traffic accident case bilateral disc displacement without reduction, following permissive splint therapy she had a new mip with adaptive centric posture..she has multiple mip hence this .... Lead gauge works like anterior stop appliances , using bimanua manipulation I can be certain that it's in centric position.

Her oclusion before looks almost like mine one jear ago, I only + have more wearing teeth, periodontic disorder and need to exstract all chewing teeth on upper jaw because of bruxism😅 Now I finished with gnatologic splint and laser care against paradontal disorder., after 9 laser treatment I have in paradontal pockets gum regrow 2-3mm and no bleding anymore. I'm in Italy now and prepair my self to go to Turkey, hoping they can restore my occlusion with CAD CAM tecnology.🤔 I hawe a question: Can I do eMax ceramic full mouth restoration with bruxism if I will use a nightguard? Or need I monolithic zirconium instead?🤔 And most important question: can hard monolithic zirconia in a long run destroy my occlusion again? If I will lost bone in the future? Or can monolithic zirconia on lower jaw break my future uper jaw implants and crowns since there it is not like natural teeth wearing or ceramic usure? I'm so much affraid that I can newer chew food again..
