I just found you after checking out reviews of 10s of other implant dentists and studying the subject for a length of time already. I am not there yet financially, but once I have saved up enough to make a full mouth restoration happen, it will be at your practice, even though I live in Florida. Thank you for explaining the process and options in so much detail. No other dentist does that. I can see why people rate you so highly on every review site..

whats the maximum boneless one needs to have in order to get a bone graft to have no pink implants

Very difficult to answer. We do not have a good way to build bone in this dimension (vertical height). So, "pink or no pink" is very much dependent upon whether you have teeth and bone, or not. 10% of the time we can do "no pink" on patients who come in without some or all of their natural teeth. If you can see your bone with a very minimal smile there is a chance of having "no pink". I am happy to refine these answer if you have more questions.

There are lot of disadvantages of doing cases like how you are suggesting.. there is a reason we use multiunits and tissue level prosthesis.. morden concepts of full mouth implants avoids bone grafting in the sinus region avoiding cantilevers by placing pterygoid implants thus decreasing waiting time and also chances of implant failure /graft failure.. bone level connection is not always advisable..

30 years of stellar results but I guess somehow you know better. I have no issues with straight MUAs but angled abutments are not good for bone or soft tissue. Would you have All-on-4, All-on-6 or All-onX in your mouth? I don't know one dentist who would ever have it for themselves...
