Indeed, very well said that he is an entire package. If you look at the western world, all this what he says exist. Last time I was doing physiotherapy, I thought omg, this thing is even better than yoga exercises, but the issue is that in the western world you need to go to many places and collect the entire package when Sadhguru, even too simplistic sometimes, provides the entire package on body and mind. I learned a proper yoga from an indian teacher btw. If we could manage to combine two worlds, that would be perfect. Western world knows really a lot but it is not presented so well to people as this is done by Sadhguru, at least I haven't come across yet.

Wow. I haven't got the words to put this interview in to context. This should be one for the history books. I take my hat off to Daniel for the willingness he had to listen and reason. %95 of the people in the science industry wouldn't of even acknowledged the invitation, let alone engage in the conversation with a man like Sahdguru. I hope this interview brought you as much joy as it brought me!

My learning from this podcast: 1. Everything that is happening is happening inside me and life is a dream. 2. We can only experience the physical with our 5 senses and the 5 senses are enough for survival in this planet. But, if we want to dwell deeper and experience the unconscious or the unknown, then these 5 senses are of no use. And, they are limited. 3. If we try to study the whole data in the universe and try to learn and go to the conclusion of all of the creation, the elements or the principles will divide into millions and then billions and we will just understand the surface of it but never the root cause or the core of it. 4. You will have to meditate to unlock experience things that you can't experience through the 5 senses. 5. All the mental issues and ailments are happening because we are not able to handle our own intellect. We, can't handle this our thoughts and emotions and out sophisticated gadget which is the mind. If we would have been a lilttle dumber, we would have been more peaceful. 6. What is the purpose of the life? Just survival? No. Just having experiences? I don't know. To be happy and peaceful and satisfied always in any condition? Perhaps yes.

4 and 5 are also connected. Through meditation we could get a hold of our intelligence. So with training it, our intelligence will work for us. It’s already scientifically proven that meditation have positive changes in our brain, even things like healing, mentally and physically

The moment you realise what Sadhguru is trying to offer, you shall no longer identify urself with any limitations but with infinite possibility of being a conscious life. This is one of the best preparatory video for beginners who want to turn inwards. Lets not narrate or interprete his wisdom, we definitely aren't intelligent enough to do that. His words resnonates to billions of people who are still struggling to breakaway from their limited identities.

Except science wants to know to survive, mysticism wants to know to experience life. What i dont get only is wanting something because to want is acknowledge that you dont have it. When in others mystic perspective, you dont need anything because you have it all. The physical needs something to survive but in truth you have it all. You just need to BE you. Not Believe but Be.

With the difference mysticism is about constructing a feeling of knowledge and science a process/ method of analysis amounting to some knowledge. Mysticism satisfies the urge to know in an easier and seemingly more holistic way, but is ultimately deceptive, while science is hard and can only provide unsecure, incomplete ideas of an approximation of the world, but ideas we can verify, falsify and guess to what extent they describe the world.
