I found Sadhguru by "chance" when I was searching for ways to manage anxiety. Then I tried watching one video, and now I can't stop watching them all. He gives me peace for some strange reason every time I watch his videos.

Energy is transmitted through his words. Truth when spoken by anyone is very powerful. “What comes from the heart, goes into the heart.” He has become one with truth. He has no duality. So the words he speaks and the consciousness which comes out and into the world and into the one listening to him is directly receiving pure energy. Like a channel. It will help heal many things.. you don’t even have to like him. :) It works Unconditionally. There are other great masters who have the same impact, but not all of them are publicly available. There are a few out there tho. :) ❤️

14:20 I felt myself wanting to cry. I have a brain injury from a motorcycle crash( someone hit me) I’ve been lost mentally for 5 years and at 14:20 I realized there’s more I can do and now I feel joy to want to do more good. 🙏🏻

Sadhguru is authentic 100%. Energy creates a vibration, in turn, causes chemical and physical reactions, in turn, causing you to feel and act in a certain way. Every person, every item of food........the list can be endless, energy can either benefit us or hurt us. Through meditation, I have come to my own personal thought/ conclusion is that we strive to perfect our energy and fix our Karma in order to prevent rebirth. I think when our personal energy is in an absolute state as is the Universes absolute state, we become one with God, preventing rebirth, THAT'S HOW I'VE COME TO UNDERSTAND IN MY PERSONAL THOUGHT.

Take medication for depression it is as easy to cure it with a pill nd check ur water, ie restrict 2c if CHOLRINE is effecting u negatively, ur hormones ie thyroid etc pesticides in stomach w food ie processed food keep body breathing with water over it... Go into outside wr it can breathe while u breathe in ie w every out breathe say um slowing down ur breathe

I have since changed jobs and lost that immediate awareness, but even having experienced the oneness for a short time gave me a certain road map of bliss.

At times when fear takes over I close my eyes and listen to Sadguru and immediately there is Peace. Truly that is a Master.

This profound statement was given thousands of years ago and repeated uncountable times . First time listeners may get impressed about the source of the wisdom without knowing the great sages who's Tapasya and contemplation helped realise the truth.

Happiness is the most important in our life

The value of the wisdom Sahdguru shares has the potential to to set people free. His pure honesty from a heart of love has given me great perspective awareness. As a conqueror of childhood domestic violence, objectivity is vital to overcoming destructive self hate.

Which means no more cosmic or biological process at all. Because I don't believe there is reincarnation of one's self once you are dead. I don't know for sure if there is a process called 'reincarnation' I have not died nor been ressurected.
