I am in the US and I'd love to sell in the UK. I understand, with Printify, selling internationally is as easy as a few clicks on my computer. So what's stopping me? Well, I wouldn't know how to handle customer's return requests. I am NOT talking about the return request when they receive incorrect orders or defective products as I know your local print providers will take care of those. I am talking about the type of return requests that the buyers "just" want to return because they or the gift receivers "just" don't like it for whatever reason. In the beginning of your video, you said "We've got EVERYTHING covered." So, do you have solutions for us regarding return requests when we sell internationally? Again, I'm not talking about returns due to incorrect orders or defective goods, thank you!

Hi! Thank you for sharing your concern. While we absolutely will refund/reprint an incorrect or defective item, we don't accept returns in cases where the buyer simply regrets their purchase as stated in our terms of service. However, you as the merchant can absolutely offer a different return policy. Depending on which print provider you use, you can give a custom return address to get the item back. Some strategies other merchant's use in such cases: use the returned item to create mockup photos, social media posts or giveaways, or donate. Other's may have the customer keep the item and instead of offering a full refund will give a discount to a different item of their choice. Different strategies work for different people. :) If you have more questions about this specific scenario, our support team will be happy to provide you with more details and tips.

Btw, we dont all eat scones, live in London, or indeed have butlers waiting on our every whim lol

@@Printify I highly doubt that. We're an eclectic mix with many different accents from all over the country. Geordie, scouse, brummie, cockney etc. None of us are the same. If you were to come over here and try and make out that we were you would learn, extremely quickly, how wrong you are 😂. Good point! The video, as entertaining as it was, seemed to show that all we needed to do was click a few buttons. No mention of the tax etc differences between selling in the US and most other countries.

I'm selling in the U.K. as I'm in Wokingham but I don't really understand what I'm doing. I integrated with Shopify and I am supposed to have international shipping but the website doesn't want to do it. It only show U.K. addresses.
