Will sellers on Etsy have written permission to use “Adidas” brand for marketing in our descriptions, tags and titles?

Hi there! So far as we know you should be able to sell on both, as long as you make the distinction that your product is 'Printed on adidas' and not that your product is made by them. Be sure to also follow adidas image guidelines especially what they do not allow to be printed on their products. If that changes, we'll let you know! My personal opinion aside it intriguing time in pod with Printify having Adidas in their stable of products and Customcat having Under Armour, Russell Athletics , and Augusta under their umbrella. The true winner in this are the creators 🎉🎉🎉🎉 as the mainstream sports brands are invading Print on Demand.

Hi there! You cannot, adidas name and logo is their own intellectual property and cannot be used without their permission. However, the adidas products we will be launching soon will definitely have the adidas logo visible on the item

Hi there! Yes, so far this product is only available through a Chinese print provider. However, we're constantly adding new print providers to our catalog so don't step checking!

Hi there! Sometimes it helps to start selling your products at cost in the beginning so you can find out what designs gain traction with your audience, while at the same time, giving the search engines enough time to recognise your listing keywords and start showing them earlier. Then as your buyers indicate to you the designs they're interested in, through views and sales you can replicate and/or cater your designs accordingly, slowly raise your margins, while at the same time adding value for your customers.

Hi there, it's important to make the distinction that your products are 'Printed on' adidas and not 'made by' , on Etsy. You also cannot use the adidas name and logo in your designs without permission.

I'm adding my first Adidas product now, however, they have stupid rules about not being able to put certain things on their shirts like guns and ammo, alcohol and tobacco, etc. I hate censorship.

If I want to put a certain design and it's a good seller I should be able to. You should also be able to put anything stupid crap I disagree with on one too. See, the difference here? We on the right don't try to censor your designs, but you are in agreement with censoring mine or someone elses because YOU disagree with or do not like it. Get a grip.

Just put your guns and ammo alcohol and tobacco on other items dude. making a big deal about 3 lines on a shirt is insane. take a breather. just so im clear on my point again, adidas is a worldwide sports brand, which do not condone certain things that dont belong in the category of their brand, why is that such an issue? you arent building a shop under adidas clothing with those type of designs anyway so i wouldnt be so worked up about it.

Adidas polyester tee not impressive especially for the small print area combined with the outrageous price. The value is not their if your not going to give a bigger boulder print area.
