Hi, I am an etsy shop 😊 shiping speed is super important especially during the holidays. Is there a way to search your catalog by shipping speed? Havibg a shipping speed filter would be amazing when looking to choose holiday based products. Also, another filter suggestion would be by quality. It would be great to search products by how the provider is rated. Thank you! 😊

Yes, I have this bookmarked. Thank you. If possible, I suggest you all add this option under your filters when going through your product catalog. I think it would help others when choosing which pod products to sell. Searching by provider is what I do now, but it is more time-consuming. Thank you

Hi thanks. I want to know, if I use Shopify, and a customer purchases products from different Printify suppliers, such as notebooks, Tshirts, and Christmas decorations. Does each product arrive to the customer separately? How does the customer follow up on their order? And how do I track the order as the seller?

Hi there! That depends on your order routing settings, sometimes multiple products can get printed by the same provider to save on shipping costs. Typically, Printify will automatically update your Shopify order tracking information once the order has been shipped, and subsequently, Shopify will send that tracking number to your customer.If your product was published directly from Printify and no preferences were manually changed on the Shopify side, then you don’t have to worry about the tracking not being updated. There are nuances though, which is why we've got some great help articles that explain everything. In BigCommerce, we cannot specify if the shipping method/times can be done express or standard, right? We just have to assume that the item/s can be shipped 2-4 days in the US, and x-amount number of days for other countries?

Is there an easier way to get the production cost? I downloaded the CVS, but can't figure out to add the cost without having to add up all the orders manually 🤦‍♀️

Hi there! You could open the CSV file as a spreadsheet and calculate the sum of the product cost column using the addition function.
