Ah, I've been using the cropper in PlaceIt, but changing the larger number down to the smaller number to make the square, e.g. 1920x1440 became 1440x1440. Now I know that I can do 2048x2048 (software devs love binary). Thank you 👍

We don't have a comprehensive video on shipping strategies just yet, but that's a really good idea! You can find shipping tutorials on our channel for each integration we offer though. Great video. Question: I've been doing professional photography for 50+ years. After watching another great Printify video about selling wall mounts on canvas and posters I decided to use my saved photos for that purpose. Is there a suggested amount of words that I need to include in those descriptions? Please advise asap. Thanks and take care.

Hey, thanks! There's not a specific number of words you should have, but we recommend including any important details about the product and using some keywords could be helpful. It can also be good to include any important details about your shop in general, for example, your returns and exchanges policy or personalization instructions if you offer that.

I don't see "fulfillment location"s from Catalog - Eco Friendly. Where is it, please?

Hi there! Once you click catalog from the left side panel and the pop up window with all the categories appears, take a look at the left most menu and go down the options, the eco-friendly category should be somewhere in the middle.

How about size of pictures? AI pictures are only 2-300 kt this can not be enough? No one speaks about that? This is important… because withouh right file siizes you can do anything at all. So? How many megas? Vectors? Jpg / Png ? This is for me pure obstacle.

Hi there! The recommended resolution for JPEG/PNG files is 300 DPI, however, a lower resolution file might also be sufficient (depending on the product). If the product requires large-sized files (like leggings, blankets, or tapestries), then the required resolution is 120-150 DPI. For SVG, the file size is limited to 20mb. However if you want to further improve your image quality, try vectorizing the file, vectorizing will increase the sharpness of the design elements, however, it may not be an option for specific types of files, such as photos.
