Good activity! One suggestion for coaches to make sure that the defending teams understands the connection between this drill and the game: the goals they are protecting are the passes between the lines which are deadly in the game. Maybe illustration it on a tactic Board would make it easier to understand for the defending Team. Again, well done

Great activity. I like the different layers of it and how it starts with a very challenging and likely to be very loud 1v1 with the team cheering on champions. The 2v2 is an awesome shift to pressure and cover play and the 4v4 makes it very complete for defensive (and attacking) play. This could also work with a 3-goal line if you play with 3 defenders in you formation. Great video, will use it tomorrow in training.
