So sad Elvis and Vern did not get to enjoy that farm the way they wanted to. Elvis was a friend of my dads for many years. He was a real down to earth man. He called me when my horse died. He was great with kids.

So glad I came across this video. I had heard about the Hound Dog Ranch once before. So glad he let you go inside , so we could see what it looked like . Only if those walls could talk . It's a beautiful place . It is strange that they sold it only 10 days before Elvis passed away . Anyway..... thank you for sharing this great video.

Hey man, I found your channel by the way of the Elvis/Jerry Lee car episode, as I'm a car/bike guy. That being said, I think your videos are very well done. I appreciate the way you communicate your devotion to Elvis. He was a good man, and left us far too soon. I play in a bar band, and it's always great to play Elvis Presley songs. I met Scotty back in the early 2000's when he was touring with Lee Rocker. Thanks fer takin' us along. I also subbed btw

I wonder why it took so long to close ? I also can't help but wonder if Elvis could have found some much needed peace on that farm ? Very cool story 👍
