Its 2 inches. I use about 28 inches

Love the idea Jeff !!! Out of curiosity how would these work with with a whoopie sling with the large adjusting loop at hammock end? From what I see the soft link will stop the whoopsie sling adjusting. Thinking maybe to use another soft link ? Thoughts

Been using a version of this for awhile but never thought about adding a knot for evo functionality. Awesome addition! Could you offer these on your store? I'd buy a few.

Whilst using the knot system, would you be able to hang stuff from the pull loop? Normally I would use my hardware (carabiner), but I was wondering if this system would allow me to do the same.

In theory something small would be no problem , but simple logic shows up that it would loosen the knot , so give it try and report back ...

@@jeffmyers7062 Thanks for the very quick response. Where could I buy these (in grey) combined with 15 foot Dyneema (black) webbing straps and EVO loops (also grey), that ship to the Netherlands? I found you on Ebay, but I get lost there.

Love your videos, Jeff! Is there any reason why ALL your demonstrations of 'soft links' couldn't be done with this same universal loop with a diamond knot in the middle? As opposed to using EVO loops?

yeah you can use the diamond knot too, the soft link is just a concept the evo loop employs, its not at all limited to evo loops

If it wasn't such a dandy idea I wouldn't need to replace my continuous loops but it is all that. No clue how you come up with this stuff but great work. When are they available? Lol
