I rode a bicycle through Odawara and had some epic views and landscapes of Mount Fuji, highly recommended. Thanks for this video, Pat 😀

I haven't had the opportunity to explore as much of Japan as I would like, but my favorite place so far is absolutely Kanazawa.

I love Shibuya because of all Anime stuff and also Shirakawa-Go because it is a place where the Higurashi Anime is set.

Dude I love the passion and excitement in your voice talking about these places. Art Islands was big on my bucketlist when I visited Japan but I didn’t have enough time - I thought “oh well I’ll go when I come back” but then ‘Rona happened 😭

Got your guide and I'm really looking forward to explore Japan with it once the situation changes! I enjoyed watching this video with you introducing some of those places in detail. :D

your drone stuff from when u stayed at Kawaguchikoooooooo was sooooooo good. My drone stuff was 3 mins of me getting worried about hitting those eagles!

Lake Kawaguchi was my favorite place during my trip too. I sat on a rock by the shore of the lake for about 3 or 4 hours taking some timelapses but man, being there hit me hard. At some point I just broke down in tears because I couldn't believe I had finally made it there and how beautiful it is. Edit: also really like the style of some of your wakkanai photos, mixing negative space with a really geometric look but it being landscapes, amazing stuff Edit2: any coupons for your books? (doesn't hurt to ask :P)

I cant wait to go back. I lost almost all my photos from my last trip because my phone broke. So now I'm gonna bring my cameras as a back up . I really wanna see lake Kawaguchi. Thanks for sharing 🙏

saved for reference, and shared for fun! Those locations look amazing. I would find it hard to pick a good spot there since there were so many great angles down every damn street. Some of my most popular photos from Japan are of course the deer at Nara, but also just a side street near our AirBnB in Kyoto!

@@patkay i even snapped a pic that one spot in Osaka, facing the Tsutenkaku tower that everyone snaps, not realising it's a popular snap until i looked it up later! Just looked like such a good pic

You're not allowed to take photos _inside_ the museum AFAIK, but around it and outside it you can =)
