One of the beautiful property I have seen for sale from Portugal. As owner I would add a small dairy farm, to produce milk, biogas and electric by gas too. ❤😍

I love the house and the property. I especially love the stone work around the well with the walk path and the rose bushes. The areal view didn't do it justice. If I would change anything I would put the kitchen were the dining table is instead of were it is. Where the large window is in the dining room I would open it up to French doors which would lead to the patio and where the second exit is, that leads to the patio I would close that exit and make the bedroom behind it bigger. But overall very well thought out layout. I don't see that very often.

This is far too expensive for what it is I would estimate this to be just over half of the asking price compared to other properties online. Doubt very much it will be sold at this price.

Seems expensive to me for Portugal..? I know its a good size, but ive seen similar with 2 large houses on same size with (large) outbuildings and land established trees for same price.. literally getting about twice for the same money (and all brand new) with options to develop the HUGE barn. Just seem a lot of money, especially as it's not been done with high end fixtures and fittings.. its all very "property flipper for profit".. id value that at MAX 125K Given the basic interior..(if the wind iand Sun is in right direction!) lol Seriously i CANNOT even imagine WHERE/who Valued this at 250k!? They're Dreaming.. Dont get me wrong its nice, but its nice for a bargain price given its VERY basic! But not for 250k! (Toilet is called a Urinal in English) 100-125k MAX Given its been on market a LONG While (nearly a year) market dropped (and dropping), I'd say 100k Max..
