一軒目めちゃくちゃ住みたい最高
1部屋目が特に素敵です！防音扉なら楽器ができそうだけど、それならすごく心惹かれます☺️
1部屋目が完璧すぎて最高です！！！😍住ませてください！ 考慮するなら、駅から多少距離あることと、スーパー飲食店などが駅前のみな点だけですね☺でも12万円台は即決でしょう！ 今回2軒もプッシュ排水栓なお風呂だね🤗個人的にプッシュ排水栓はもっと流行ってもいいかなと思います

1件目のキッチンの高めのコンセントは、小さなキャスター付きのレンジ台置いて、電子レンジやポットやジャーとか置くかも。 トイレは独立してる方が好きだけど、意外とパッと見トイレが見えない作りはアイデアかも。 しかし、素敵なお部屋。

1軒目、贅沢だけど、やっぱりトイレは独立であってほしい。 キッチンは言うことなし。ロフトの階段がしっかりしてるのもいい。 あと、囲われた収納が少ない。

バスタブなしシャワールームにしてトイレ独立と、バスタブ付きユニットバスでトイレアメセパと、どちらがいいですか？
両方とも使い勝手もよく住みやすそうですしお掃除もしやすそう。
アビテックスってことは防音室！楽器OKなのかなぁ。それだったら，めちゃくちゃ住みたい。

Both apartments are conveniently located and close to the train station. Which one to choose? I think that for these two apartments, it depends on your aesthetic preferences: what kind of living space do you want to have? Do you like the feel of the first apartment or the second one more? Also, the first apartment is about 5 sqm larger than the second one, and monthly rent is also more expensive. So, besides personal, aesthetic preferences, rent is also another thing to consider. Both apartments are very nice and attractive!

シーリングファンがある家に住んだことないけど、猫ってシーリングファンに飛びつかないのかな？🐈⬛
１軒目のキッチン向かいコンセントは、恐らくレンジやトースター用なのかと。少し狭いように思いますが、H800くらいのカップボードを置いてその上にトースターやコーヒーメーカーなのかなぁ…。冷蔵庫が離れてるので。 キッチンもう少しコンパクトにして冷蔵庫並べてもいいと思う。洗濯機も扉付けてSBからCLまでどうせなら揃えたい。冷蔵庫スペースまでCL広げて洗濯機の横に掃除機充電スペース作るのもよいのでは。 シーリングファンはうちにも付けてんですが、あまり効果なかったので止めてます。確かに冬は真下に暖かい空気が来てましたが、夏は効果感じる要素なく…。ワンルームなら狭いから効果感じられるかなぁ…。無駄な設備になってしまいました。 部屋の形状もいいし、東向きでも大きな掃出し窓はと広いベランダはいい。ロフトへも梯子じゃないし、クーラーをロフトにつけれたらよかったかな…。冬は足元暖房が必要かもですが。
