    1部屋目が完璧すぎて最高です!!!😍住ませてください! 考慮するなら、駅から多少距離あることと、スーパー飲食店などが駅前のみな点だけですね☺でも12万円台は即決でしょう! 今回2軒もプッシュ排水栓なお風呂だね🤗個人的にプッシュ排水栓はもっと流行ってもいいかなと思います

    1件目のキッチンの高めのコンセントは、小さなキャスター付きのレンジ台置いて、電子レンジやポットやジャーとか置くかも。 トイレは独立してる方が好きだけど、意外とパッと見トイレが見えない作りはアイデアかも。 しかし、素敵なお部屋。

    1軒目、贅沢だけど、やっぱりトイレは独立であってほしい。 キッチンは言うことなし。ロフトの階段がしっかりしてるのもいい。 あと、囲われた収納が少ない。

    Both apartments have their own advantages. First apartment: * The "smart lock" that allows residents to use their smartphone as key to unlock the apartment is a high tech feature that increases security and peace of mind. * The wooden floor, wooden doors, wooden panels in the kitchen areas, and the stylish wooden stairs that lead to the loft give off a relaxing and luxurious feel. * The brick wallpaper in the bathroom adds an aesthetic feel to the space. * A large bathtub and a pre-installed TV in the bathroom -- that is a very nice feature to have. Second apartment: * The concrete walls, use of wood in the design of the interior, stainless steel kitchen appliances, metal frames, open floor plan and sleek lines are all characteristics of industrial interior design. Unlike the first apartment that gives off a modern, refined and luxurious feel, the second apartment exudes a sense of rugged beauty, making it attractive in its own way. * The second apartment has a pre-installed TV in the bathroom as well, which is awesome. Both apartments are conveniently located and close to the train station. Which one to choose? I think that for these two apartments, it depends on your aesthetic preferences: what kind of living space do you want to have? Do you like the feel of the first apartment or the second one more? Also, the first apartment is about 5 sqm larger than the second one, and monthly rent is also more expensive. So, besides personal, aesthetic preferences, rent is also another thing to consider. Both apartments are very nice and attractive!

    1軒目はとても良い感じですね。水回りも妥協できる配置です。 2軒目は水回りが詰め込みすぎてて駄目です。

    1軒目のキッチン向かいコンセントは、恐らくレンジやトースター用なのかと。少し狭いように思いますが、H800くらいのカップボードを置いてその上にトースターやコーヒーメーカーなのかなぁ…。冷蔵庫が離れてるので。 キッチンもう少しコンパクトにして冷蔵庫並べてもいいと思う。洗濯機も扉付けてSBからCLまでどうせなら揃えたい。冷蔵庫スペースまでCL広げて洗濯機の横に掃除機充電スペース作るのもよいのでは。 シーリングファンはうちにも付けてんですが、あまり効果なかったので止めてます。確かに冬は真下に暖かい空気が来てましたが、夏は効果感じる要素なく…。ワンルームなら狭いから効果感じられるかなぁ…。無駄な設備になってしまいました。 部屋の形状もいいし、東向きでも大きな掃出し窓はと広いベランダはいい。ロフトへも梯子じゃないし、クーラーをロフトにつけれたらよかったかな…。冬は足元暖房が必要かもですが。
