Union Pacific Big Boy 4014 Arrives in Denver, CO 2021

We made it! After a mighty good push across the Union Pacific's Limon Subdivision, the UP Steam Crew triumphantly rolls the 2021 Big Boy Tour into the Mile High City of Denver. After one final service stop is made in Strasburg, the train heads West into town, all the while being hunted down by a massive population of Railfans and Photographers. Once at 36th Street, the Steam Crew and pilot crews work in tandem to perform several switch moves in preparation for the following day's display. This latest tour across the American Midwest and South sure was one for the books. NVRRP is fortunate to have been able to document this historic trip over roughly 3,000 miles for all to see.
