I heard that she wrote a book with cover art of Lady Justice with a blindfold and balance who is practicing Alexander technique in side profile. Supposedly, Geta titled it: "Head, Neck, Back: Centering The Courts While Standing And Sitting"

Love revisiting this relaxing classic and reminding myself how bad my posture is at the same time!

One of the all time best expressions of “word soup” I’ve ever seen. Soooo many minutes of absolutely mindless MEANING LESS chatter. Decent asmr of course so I approve ;). But yeah…..she could sell used cars on the side too I would imagine. Only humans would try to sell each other more appropriate ways to set their butts down on a chair and then again being said butt UP off the chair and back into a standing bipedal posture.

It's not meaningless. There are studies that have shown that Alexander Technique has helped people with back pain. It is basically a form of physical therapy.

I thought for ages it was largely meaningless but I've listened to this to go to sleep every night for about the last 5 weeks and I actually understand every word and she's making complete sense. I'm also taking some of these tips into my daily life and it's helping my neck pain

Some of the nonsense asmr videos are the best because I just want to hear someone talking continuously and calmly and explaining something. It sort of feels like it’s better if it’s nonsense because there’s leas to try to pay attention to.
