Unhappy with your Job? Should you quit? | Ankur Warikoo Jobs | Jobs Advice in Hindi
#warikoo #jobs #money
A lot of people set goals, but do not achieve them.
Are you unhappy with your job? Do you find yourself constantly asking yourself if you should quit?
In this video, we will describe how to set your goal in life.
This is also going to be particularly important, if you have everything in life along with financial security, yet you do not know what you want to do.
I will talk about a two-step process - which will take time, however, with time it will give you a clearer view of where you want to go in life and how to get there.

I thought i am the only one who is going through such confusion regarding career but this man totally changed my thinking as to age is just a number, don't stop until your intution gives you a sence of satisfaction. Thank you 🙏
Ankur I found your channel literally 40 mins back and I'm hooked already. This particular video is my life right now. I cannot believe it's almost midnight and I might have found a positive outlook on my problem. Thank you so much! And thanks to the person sending in this question, I'm in your shoes too!
Today Morning dated 22nd April 2022 12:57 Feeling the same. In this position at age 29. Today took off from work, just to think and found your video Ankur. I think now i know what i need to do in life.
I think we all are excited in a way to do an adventure to jump from an unknown cliff. But right when you are standing there, there comes the chills. Thanks to people like Ankur who are constantly helping us to understand and make us feel confident to take that final leap with faith.
Thank you for spreading word on this. This has been my life mantra (and I don't even hate my job or anything) - it's really good to get that validation from you :)
Appreciate for sharing although being in same situation I may or may be not agree with you but happy that you discussed this utmost grey spot of many individual life's...
Thank you so much for the realistic advice. Secure where you are, and build from there! .. finally, watching this video has given me enough clarity to understand How to move forward, and not stay stuck in my head!
This advice is gold! Extract as much time for yourself as possible
Very nicely put Ankur. I too have some similarity to the case you have discussed. Your response resonated very close to me as I am already doing exactly as you said.
You are the best.. ur advice is so practical and realistic.. really helps.. thanks for being there!!!
Hands down, a very sold advice Ankur. For anyone looking to venture out, but wants to know how to do it right. I like the part of doing your current job well but stopping at that.
Thanks Ankur, I am currently in a similar situation and was not sure what my next step should be..this really helps :)

I was looking for this...Great thought process by AW :)
Thank You Very Much ❤
Thats Smashing Warikoo. Good one.
This video gave all the answers for everyone. So much of clarity. You will be at peace when you have a current job not even for financial security but for confidence in your ability to earn too. If you have job already. You can negotiate better. You will not be worried if you are not getting opportunity for another job if you already have one but in other case you will think that you wasted that time to prepare for next job. Also, with so much of Stress and lack of confidence in yourself.
Thank you sir for all of your fantastic content
Incredibly useful advice
This is a gurumantra really.. I am at 42 and already doing that and half way to that feeling of getting tht emotional freedom.. Your validation was really important to boost my morale to achieve that goal.. Infact I can quit my job now also but don't want to quit just to occupy myself and that feeling of freedom in a highpaying job where you don't have to force to do something is precious..
thanks my friend..

Loveeeed it. Just what I needed. 30 yrs. Engineer. MBA. Married. And career planning! :D
No. Actually I am happy with application support profile.. Don't plan to switch career for next 3 years I don't have any plan.
The FEAR of starting something new can hold you back for really finding FULFILMENT. It is the fear of being comfortable with being uncomfortable that holds us back. I am undertaking something new on my channel and have made a video about starting a new challenge and setting goals. I hope people find it useful.
And what if you have financial pressure too? Like lots of debts.
But sir what about for those who are unemployed and feel stuck in life and also thinking that their friends, colleagues, etc are heading in their lives?
LIC DO or HDFC Life kaun sa join kare

Hey Ankur, I am a freshly qualified chartered accountant. And now want to switch to a different profession. But I am unware what that is ? So started doing internships telling I am a bcom graduate in a digital marketing agency. Problem I faced was to sustain in the profession I have to read a lot which normally takes 3-4 hours after my work hours and I was not able to work on the projects which were given to me by that agency. I tried my level best to work at night to complete my project but missed few deadlines which ultimately lead in me loosing the internship Some times I feel I am overly qualified

While you await a reply from Ankur, ask yourself - did you enjoy the work in the agency. If yes, try to get an internship/job in a similar organization, it may well be you were just overworked, with time you would get efficient as well. If you didn't enjoy the work try finding your Ikigai (check Ankur's video on this kzread.info/dash/bejne/eoJto8Fxg9CbiNY.html). There are lot of opportunities open for CAs if you want to explore that route, find your sweet spot and try to network with relevant folks, do relevant course, read relevant articles so that when you are interviewed you can show your knowledge and passion. Good luck
I am 24 year old.i work almost 3 year in hotel industry as a waiter..but now I didn't like my job.. frustrated, confused.. thinking to learn digital marketing but that also will take time..I am clueless.plz help
It's apply
Hi Ankur, I am an electrical student but it was just the world that I was born into and after 4 years of completing my Diploma E&E. But I have now taken up full time BBA course of 3 years.. I don't know what I'm going to do once I complete this but I'm jus focused on learning it.. Not just for the sake of finishing this 3 years BBA but to learn how and what is in it... I am also a working professional holding 4 years of experience in BPO. So I have a rough idea about how BBA can help me but I'm just so confused do you see my words are such a chaos.. I don't know if you understood what I'm trying to say. But I really want to hear from you what I should be more focused on. Because right now I am really supposed to be focusing more on earning money but here I am trying to fit in my 3 years Full time BBA as well which is not really appreciated bymy family .. I know my writing skills are really bad but I'm working on that too. And ofcourse you're wonderful thank you so much.. This is the 1st time Im feeling so comfortable sharing my personal thoughts on social media. And I can vividly say it's all cuz how easy you make us (your viewers, lovers and followers) all feel..

Ankur had created one video related to this, where he said that whenever we are looking for advices mostly we know what is the right answer although it might be the hard way. I am sure you know what you want to do. Just go ahead and experience everything as they are coming your way. You are way to young to feel like life has passed you. Take your time to understand the best for you and don't feel pressure by other people expectations. All the best. Cheers.
But it's delaying for me to get that breakthrough in my job I'm unable to shift to the one that gives me thaat peace and happiness coz I feel top stagnant in my current job and just need a way out
Hi Ankur sir..i am the first one to write on this😀whats your algorithm to decide on topics to make vedios??so much times😃

I know what to do but how I don't know 😑
See here's the point, I know I have financial stability and I work for that. But then when I work diligently, they expect more. If I finish my work within 1/2 a day then they assign me work for 1.5 day. If I do not work on that, they give bad reviews and are not satisfied. Diligence becomes a burden at that point.
I want to meet you
Hi Ankur, I don't agree with this... how can anyone be happy if he/she doesn't like thier job...
This is exactly my current scenario, despite being on top of my job and winning so many awards, there comes a time when you feel stuck and want to move on. This video is really helpful, I took the first step, but you got me there, now need to stop watching Netflix 😅 and focus more on learning new skills instead
why are you persuading people with this kind of videos
