Ooh it'd be like that Robert Altman movie where Phillip Baker Hall played Nixon and the whole movie was just a monologue.
As a teenager, I was an avid fan of "Seinfeld." Now, in my 40s, I understand why it resonated so deeply with me back then. All the characters, flawed and endearing, were (and are still today) instantly recognizable, and I forged a genuine connection with all of them. It was their imperfections that made them relatable and lovable. However, in contrast, the characters in this movie cannot be lovable because they are abstract, not human. There are just vessels waiting to be filled with jokes, images lacking authenticity and depth. I am disappointed to say the least.

You need to watch it again. He took several styles of making a film and combines them. For example the ending was very 40 year old Virgin, some snippets were very Christopher Guests - Best In Show, there were nods to Friends and loads of reference that would only be understandable to someone that has been alive for a few decades. I think most people need to watch it twice to get it. It's genius on so many levels. The humor is quick and the sets are so well crafted. I was not expecting this level of effort.

That's because Larry David and the rest of the cast were the cause of 100% of the humor in Seinfeld. Jerry is a hack, hence why he had to play the straight man to all the zany characters in Seinfeld. You could replace Jerry with any random person off the street in Seinfeld and it wouldn't have effected the show's humor. His standup has never been funny either.

Hopefully it's as insane as Bee Movie. I have high expectations, Jerry! HIGH EXPECTATIONS!
Y'know, I'd never had a poptart until recently, and I was disappointed, I expected it to get a little crispy in the toaster like, well, pastry, but what I got was just this warm soggy cardboard consistency with something not quite, but almost, completely unlike jam inside. Turns out what I actually wanted was a Pillsbury Toaster Strudel, the far superior option for toaster pastry enjoyment.

I’ve honestly never been more excited for a movie.
Can never have enough Seinfeld in my life.
Looks like a nostalgia trip that anybody who grew up in the 60s will relate to
I can’t wait to watch this. It’s gonna be gold Jerry, now we need a movie from Kramer about making your own pizza pie. lol
