Ya probably because most people forget about respect above the age of 12 it’s kind of sad really.😒 am I 100% guarantee this kid will grow up to be an even greater person😁

I actually think the guard made a gesture with his head for the little boy to come back for a photo with him. This guard is exceptionally lovely to children and people with special needs. Just a beautiful soul. The horses love him too. He's my favourite soldier.

King’s Guard Ellis is very heartwarming with children. Being cute is a bonus! 😊

I wish adult tourist would say HELLO and THANK YOU to the guards.

It was so sweet that the guard answered back. The child was very respectful to him.

Well done little one. You have shown more respect to this guard than most adults. The things we can learn from our little ones. If only adults payed more attention. Much respect to these guards. Their job isn't a easy task but they all do it with pride. Thank you to all the guards , for your dedication and service to your country and your King.

I don’t recall ever seeing this guard on mounted duty, but then I realized he is best appreciated standing/moving as a foot guard.

Yes he is a good looking guard so gives the horses a break from the crowd by posing for some photos. Haven't seen him doing footguard duty for a while now he does crowd control and checks on the horses and watered them a couple of weeks ago gave them a wash down too. ❤

That’s hardly a fair comment, these are Troopers, just one step up the ladder, they can only do what they’re told to do, when they’re told to do it and how they’re told to do it. They’re not allowed to talk to the tourons, they’ve been told recently not to shout at them unnecessarily which leaves them as undefended targets for imbeciles. As for a fence, would you like to give that some further consideration? Any type of fence would be impractical and dangerous, plus which there is nowhere to put one.

If the chilren will lead, the adults will follow. 😂😂

I might wish that the rude touron hadn’t stood in front of the camera right that moment! 😢

None of the Household Cavalry can be described as ‘foot guards’ they’re dismounted Troopers, otherwise they’ll get muddled up with the Actual Foot Guards, those with the big, fluffy hats!! 😂
