Season one will always hold a special place in my heart. Cuz the episode slaves was the first episode I saw and fell in love with the show. But I was late on the show. I watched reruns in 2004. But omg when I saw the episode slaves. Omg. I was hooked on the show. And season one it had so many amazing Elliot and Olivia scenes. It showed they were low key liking each other and flirting with one another. So many cute e/o moments.

Me too. I miss them both and want them back. I don’t care for McGrath at all. Velasco is ok but he should not have been a replacement. He should have been an addition if anything. Plus I’m not sure I trust him completely. I definitely don’t trust McGrath.

Yes! You are right. It was different way back then. For one, Cassidy was in several episodes as Munch's partner. In a way Fin replaced 2 people, Cassidy and Jeffries. So many cast changes over the years. Mariska's Olivia Benson is the only original character still on the show. Wow. Speaking of Olivia, we met her Mother Serena only once and it was in episode one.

Since the original Law & Order is coming back, it would be nice if it started with McCoy's final day as District Attorney.

He only has a few lines to say in each episode and barely gets through them. He is like 80 something...I agree, it's time to retire!

Olivia and Jack actually interacted previously in two prior episode. Once in the original L&O episode “Flaw” and another time in the SVU episode “Torch”.

I had a question, there is an episode where Stabler and Benson appear in the original L&O?, maybe it's a mandela effect, but for some reason i remember some episode that they made a "cameo" on that show, and even they were like "antagonist" there.

If they were in the original show, it wasn't as their best known characters. I can't find any traces of Benson/Stabler in the original L&O. This doesn't mean that Marika and Meloni weren't in it. Just not as Benson and Stabler

Honestamente, al ver el video me llené de sentimientos encontrados. Después de la temporada 12, esta serie HA DECAÍDO. Ha decaído y bastante. Ok si. Si querían renovar la serie y presentar tramas y personajes nuevos pero actualizados a los años más recientes del 2010 en adelante esta bien pero una cosa es presentar nuevas propuestas a la serie respetando su esencia y con la fórmula de presentar episodios que funcionó muy bien pero otra cosa es cambiar a todo el equipo creativo que durante más diez años trabajó en la serie y reemplazarlos por otras personas que no conocían nada de la UVE y si el principal creador descuida su serie estelar y le sede casi todo el control creativo a Mariska Hargitay haciéndola productora ejecutiva y le hace un lavado de sustancia a la construcción y presentación a los nuevos personajes y dejar ir a los que ya conocíamos, alterar la fórmula ya exitosa a como escribir y dirigir un episodio que se vuelve repetitivo, predecible y aburrido y le quitas lo gore y explícito a las escenas de crimen y solo empleas a la UVE como un centro de denuncias de acoso al género femenino principalmente (ya que al parecer los nuevos encargados quieren poner en evidencia que el género masculino es el enemigo no. 1 cuando en realidad también han habido en la serie víctimas masculinas de violación) es cuando ya te estas dando cuenta de que algo anda muy mal y que la serie perdió su encanto hace mucho tiempo. Y esto me duele en verdad. Ya nada de lo que me presentan los nuevos episodios me emociona como si lo hicieron las primeras 12 temporadas. Solo es cuestión de ver un episodio de la temporada 4 o 5 (por poner un ejemplo) y notarás el cambio tan radical. El guión, los diálogos, las tramas, el nivel de violencia, las locaciones, los planos y escenas casi cinematográficos en el manejo y uso de la cámara, la fotografía, los personajes, la gran cantidad de actores y actrices de gran calibre que fueron invitados, las subtramas episodicas y los finales de los capítulos PUFFF!!!. ¿COMO ES QUE MAS DE UNA DÉCADA DE ARDUO ESFUERZO Y TRABAJO PARA PRESENTAR UNA SERIE DE CALIDAD QUE LO TENIA TODO SE FUE AL CARAJO EN SOLO UN PAR DE AÑOS? Y a este ritmo, las series de Chicago terminarán sufriendo el mismo destino. PD cayó en calidad y contenido después de la temporada 6, MED pudo hacer algo más interesante aprovechando la complicada situación del Covid 19 pero cayó en presentar lo mismo que vimos anteriormente y ahora tengo miedo de que la temporada 7 caiga en desgracia. Y cuanto a FIRE... Bueno, solo por las tramas que rodean a sus personajes asi como su construcción y desarrollo a lo largo de la serie y más por lo que vimos en la temporada 9 deja la puerta abierta para que esa serie se sostenga por un par de temporadas más pero estaría chido que la serie finalice en un par de años y se despida con dignidad antes de que se alargue de más y presente los mismos errores que la UVE viene arrastrando desde el 2012. Sé que me he extendido de más con expresar mi opinión pero al ver que todavía elogian a la UVE como una serie increíble cuando en realidad NO LO ES decidí pronunciarme al respecto y decir que NO estoy de acuerdo con las "críticas especializadas". Mueres siendo la Ley y el Orden: Intento Criminal o vives lo suficiente para volverte en Las Flipantes Aventuras de una Feminazi Mariska Hargitay y sus inútiles secuaces. Por cierto, por qué en el video no aparece la gran Alex Cabbot???

The producers can change actors until they're blue in the face, but the series has run its course. The episodes are totally contrived in the imagination of the writers which dispels any sense of reality. They're good actors but bad cops and lawyers.
