I think that is simply male pattern baldness, a genetic hereditary condition. They included one clip where the chief was talking to Cragen where they were not in trouble and he was concerned about the Eggs being stole from the sperm bank! I do not know any actual Police who are as honest as these Police officers even when they are at the most duplicitous level their characters sink to! Yeah, back in the day Liv & Elliott had their arguments in the squad room, whenever we saw Amanda exchanging words with either Amaro or Carisi it sorta reminded us of the earlier days with Liv & Elliott.

I didn't realize how much they acted like cragens children until this video 😂😂😂😂

They really do, its tough work to deal with some of this stuff and still keep people wanting to watch, you really have to have great individual personalities and storyline. I dont think SVU could have worked if they had stuck with the strictly procedural format of the original L&O.
