Not way better. IT in his MVP-esque season 2016-2017 he averaged 28.9ppg (3rd in the league), was top 5 in MVP, and led the Celtics to the ECF without an another all star. Pump the brakes a little

Thank you Paul Pierce for apologizing to Jalen Brunson & the Knicks for doubting them & winning the series.

It's simple. They can't stop Brunson he's the Super Star stop the hate.

Brunson saved the Mavericks against the Jazz before Luka came back from injury. From that moment on, I knew of Brunson's capabilities. That series put him on the map and caught the Knicks attention. Mark Cuban really dropped the ball on that one. If Brunson stayed in Dallas and had addition of Kyrie, Gafford and Washington, the mavs would have made at least the playoffs last year. But seeing what Brunson can do, the mavs would have repeated the western conference finals and maybe the finals.

You can tell that Brunson learned a lot from Luka when he was in Dallas.
