@@andygiraldo7898 there is a lot of nuances, a lot of mystery and conspiracies about this character and his son (is it his son in chapter two near his grave?). Like for example his drawing in closet, where dark world was created in chapter one, the words of gerson junior in chapter two. There's a theory of him being reborn as a being from his dust, at the place, where fountain was created, as a darkener, without clear memories of his past, only his character, like his persona, if it makes sense. Just like Ralsei is a reborn version of Asriel without his memories, only with his personality. The theory itself is that his hammer was covered with his dust (this was a tradition from undertale, to cover the instrument of a fallen down monster with his dust), and buried with him. But there is an underground facility, deep underneath the graveyard. The doors, near which Kris and Susie meet monster kid and snowdrake kid, lead to this facility, and song, that Onionsan hears from deep ocean, is coming from this facility. So the hammer with gerson dust feel into an existing dark world or created a dark world, since it was pretty much a lightener piercing earth with a tool (like Kris in the end of chapter two) and from that a being, that's pretty much gerson just without the memories, was created with the only goal to create dark fountains. Since gerson was a very religious man, and the roaring is pretty much "angels heaven", this makes perfect sense. What also makes perfect sense is that dark-Gerson is a being with the only goal to cause the roaring, and the other being, that was created in the same way, dark-Asriel (Ralsei) is a being with the only goal to stop the roaring. That's just a fan-theory, obviously, but that explains and ties up a lot of undertale/deltarune misteries, for example, who is Ralsei, why there's so much mystery around dead character (obviously, Gerson), who was really called by Undyne the strongest monster, the only one who survived in the war against humans (so he has some level of determination), had his hammer called in the files "the hammer of justice", like Undyne with her spear of justice (and Undyne actually had some level of determination), and also knew, in Genocide run of undertale, that you can't kill him in the shop, which also hints at him having some level of determination. Also I'm not a native speaker and could explain some of thoughts not in the way that I meant it, so if you have some questions, feel free to ask me, or correct my mistakes. (Also also, I don't take any credit for this theory, I just heard it in a video, that I can link, if somebody needs it)

I remember wanting to name myself after a character, asgore, toriel, flowey, sans, undyne, and alphys didn’t work. Papyrus and mettaton and napstablook also didn’t fit. I got sad thinking I couldn’t do anyone, but then I remembered the nickname of Blooky. The “they are powerless to stop you” actually had me laughing for a while.

An interesting part (idk if intentional or not) is that while most characters refuse because it's their name, Flowey says "I already chose that name" implying that even he once had the choice to choose his name. I'm guessing it's after the flower was injected with determination and was for the first time able to save and reset.

Once you put in gaster for the first time it resets and you can't confirm the name the next time you put in gaster.

I once named myself DEATH and i had an extention that covered the name and the stats, when i beat Sans then my little brother came and when he saw Chara say "Greetings, i am DEATH" He screamed so much that our neighbours called the cops (our parents weren't home) and thought someone died. lmao i'll never forget his face

When I first played it I named myself Frisk *twice* (because I couldn't think of a proper name and I didn't know there was an easter egg) and got so confused when the game ended after the fight with Toriel (you know, the "Hard mode" thing). I even re-downloaded the game because I thought I got the wrong version.

Imagine it’s your first time playing this game, you actually have one of the easter egg names and you’re trying to set it as your player name…

Everyone is having fun seeing the Easter eggs, but I noticed, some of the names are allowed (yes I'm aware other people noticed that too), and I'm wondering... What would happen if you played with those names? Would the characters you named yourself after react to it in-game? Would names like "murder" and "mercy" cause even a slight difference? Could it possibly lead to another hidden Easter egg? What if maybe something that everyone assumes is unused could possibly be one of the secrets? My brain is starting to create fake scenarios of what could happen but I'm too lazy to see for myself
