First time viewer! I wondered what happened to Mr.Ataie! I've always loved his talks. I have to disagree on a couple of points: to me, there is a differemce beween bigotry and racism. Bigotry is as old as Humanity and is based on ignorance and fear of "the other". Racism is a deliberate system dedicated to the disenfranchisement of other ethnic groups by one group and its servants. In short, it's easier to become friends with ex members of the former than the latter! Secondly, try not to associate us with fanatics like the so called Alt Right, they are indeed racists but try to hide their agenda from even their fellow Europeans and European Americans! Thank you for all your works.
How does Ustadh survive in a state like CA with his views against the alphabet mob? We are barely able to get any word out in Texas. Cannot even imagine CA.
Summary: - Signs of the Hour are core part of Deen, and mentioned in Hadith Jibrīl [5 pillars of Islam*, 6 articles of Iman, Ihsan, As-Sa'ah], two signs mentioned within: a) Female servant birthing her master ('empowered', disrespectful children, adopting post-modern overturning of: traditional values, social hierarchy, gender duality, more dutiful to wives and friends over parents) b) Naked Destitute Barefooted shepherd competing in constructing tall buildings (Love of the Dunya) Extra gems: *Make Salah the purpose of life, and be in consistent state of Tawbah or Shukr, even when deprived. *Be highly rose-tinted in perception of the world and others, and only "complain" to Allah (but not with ingratitude). * Be a principled unapologetic Muslim, not a victimised compromiser (Meccan Surah Kafiroon, assertive non-violence). Give compassionate da'wah without diluting Deen. *Function of Muru'ah (maturity), is being able to listen to someone with an opposing viewpoint. *Don't wallow in vain hopes (Tamannā), Work with Rajā - Muslim is the active participle of Islam
