This helps me understand what I experience in zhan zhuang, especially during inhalation. It seems like the breath is also drawn through the soles of feet and up the back of my legs. Very often there are pleasant tingling sensations along the spine from the middle the back to the crown of the head, often radiating into my shoulders. The slightest movement of any one finger amplifies this. Sometimes my hands tingle in the same way, but in that case moving a finger diminishes the tingling. The tingling never happens in my arms or anywhere on the front of my body.

This was great, I have been researching "tai chi meditation for beginners" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Fonebastian Unexpected Framework - (do a search on google ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning powerful methods to build your Chi energy without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got cool results with it.

Can we do the vaisselle training without moving but when meditation

  • @RobMonty248

Could you direct me to the iron shirt videos if you have them? And or the QiDefense, using Qi to move others? Do you have any lessons on this. I have noticed how Qi can affect others, like, touching people with it who are on the other side of the planet etc. I just have not been able to find much training on the karate type Qi work. I call it QiDefense as most of the masters ive seen using it (if real and i think it is) they only repel others. Ive always wanted to know if its real yet also learn how to do it. Thanks.

in which direction does the qi flow through these meridians?

  • @Ymaa_Publication_Center

Qi is energy. In "general", qi flows outward as you exhale, and inward as you inhale. But, think of it more as being permeated on a cellular level with energy, and then moving the current more abundantly with your mind...

@@Ymaa_Publication_Center So the qi flow is tied to your breathing, very interesting. I dont know what "permeated on a cellular level" could mean, maybe its more scattered rather than on a small meridian path? I think its fascinating that one can visualize something (like energy flowing through your body) and it then actually happens, without the person even knowing about all the mechanical details of it. Its as if there was Something else that "calculates" every detail necessary for the big overall visualization to happen. It amazes me. Thank you for your reply.
