I was able to cultivate my qi with intense meditation within a month. The key is to practice it regularly and consistently. Eventually I lost it due to other daily life activities and neglecting the practice. from 3 hours per day and down to 30 mins per day. still i couldnt make it. pretty sad, but this video inspire me to regain it back. Cheers!

True, because Qigong is based on the natural movements of the body. For example, when you yawn and stretch without thinking it stimulates the cells of the body through the stretch and increases oxygen intake from the yawn. Now we can copy this movement with concentration and correct breathing. Now find many other spontaneous beneficial movements and that's how qigong works.

Different tissues in the body have different bioelectric properties. When you increase the quantity of energy with Qigong, and you increase your sensitivity to feeling Qi by training, then this becomes more readily apparent. Its really not that mystical. Everything is comprised of energy. If you look at a chart of the vessels, and an anatomy chart, it becomes obvious that there is a relationship between the two. The more you practice (correctly), the more you feel it. Hope this helps.

I am so glad you made this available. It was well made, and brought light to things I had discovered on my own without a path of guidance. I remember a girl I was living with years back not understanding how I was making giving her sexual sensations without touching her physically. I know know by the energy flow I was using it was the "thrusting" one. I also would change directions and make horizontal rotations with my energy and she asked her master about me because she could feel it strong and he said I must have been working with the macro and microcosmic orbit. In times prior i dated someone that I literally shocked her when she was sleeping, though my intentions were not good because she was snoring and I wanted to snap her out of it. It made an audible sound strangely enough, and she woke up and said "stop pinching me!". She didnt believe me at first when I told her what I was doing. Intention is everything. Intention, feel, flow.I have found answers to self discoveries in this video and am so grateful for it. Blessings to you for freely giving this to the world to come to know. Fyi, I dont use the sexual transmission on anyone anymore, and am preserving my life force for that special one. Also, I do not channel the energy up my spine, I channel it from the top of my head down the front and then both legs to the balls and toes of feet, then slow inhale and channel it from the nose teeth area up the top and back down the head down the spine to my feet. Ive noticed that when this energy hits the earth, other spirituals feel it and take offense. I am a "christian" and do so when I pray. This is quite interesting because the demons are lower level entities and when you channel from the earth you channel these through you which is why I focus on Yahweh and his Ruach Hakodesh when in prayer and the other spirituals who use pull from the earth dont like it one bit. I have come to know the depths of darkness through poor friendships with the darkness, and now know the truth. Blessings,

For the friends who are interested in Chi Gong, I highly recommend you to find someone who can guide you into it because it is potentially dangerous to try to learn Chi Gong on your own when you reach certain point in the practice. But as simple as Chi Gong is, you simply need to do meditation with an empty mind and relax your whole body (more like forget about your body to mix yourself with the nature)

  • @michaelard3140

***** honestly i wish i understood it myself. i've been able to "draw" this energy at will through my legs sincei was a kid. i started meditating, and shifting the energy, and push it into other people's hands. most people say its warm or like a magnet. i tried it on my girlfriend once, and she was hypnotized and tried to rape me. i'm dead fucking serious. that's why i'm DESPERATE for help. i've posted online and asked people EVERYWHERE but i don't even get sarcasm in return. This is no joke. As far as how I meditate goes, it's just... breathe, let your mind run until it calms, and using your breathing and arms to pull the energy around you. so far that's all ican do is meditate and give myself goose bumps and i feel the energy everywhere. i just need help finding out what to do with it, what's going on, etc.

***** i actually dont have a cell phone or a way to upload videos anymore... but i can tell you, all i do is meditate as usual. Just let my thoughts play, listen to binaural beats or just sit in silence... and when my mind is calmed, i just start channeling that energy at command to help "gain" more energy. It feels warm and amazing around me and gives me chills, using my hands its like running my arms through water or something. idk. i mean i can make the energy come at command but idk how i do it. it's like trying to explain how you move your arm... you just do it. lol. thats why im so desperate for any advice. if possible, ill try to film a meditation session in the future and upload it.

thomasmclake I have a friend that probably had the same issues as you. She started yoga and melted in six month from very overweight to normal for her bone structure. I was amazed. Yoga did it for her but from that video it's clear that activating a better flow of your energy seems to disperse the body stocks of everything. Fat, toxins etc..... I'm gonna start this too and will see how it will effect my body. To each is own apparently, but I've seen something that made me think so I got to investigate! Also she was often down but now smile all the time, a peaceful and warm smile.... That's how it felt to me, I hold no truth.
