This is the 20 Minute Qigong Daily Routine for Heart and Lungs. Practicing this routine will help you to strengthen and keep your Heart and Lungs healthy.

    I have big doubts... how to split 8 brocades, animal postures, stretch exercise... etc in 2 hours a day of practicing, separate in 1houre in the morning, 1h afternoon?... What goes first, second.... 😊🙏😁
