E-citizen went with my Kshs 550, reason being i renewed the my DL license in a manner which was not supposed to be used,so i wonder why then is it opened to be used,it means many people have lost their money there.

When I know that mpesa works seamlessly 99.9% of the time. I read a whole load of mischief in payment glitches on E citizen because as a Kenyan I know it can be done.

Kudos to James Ayugi, but the government was implementing my concept. The Simba for KRA "Gainde" and the Mobile Money transfer "Mpesa".

Remember to ask him next time ........bomayangu Profils payments updates delay...they keep saying is system under maintenance....all this months????

about NHIF one is paying through a fon and the money is not reflect in the nhif account, i payed one since January 18th and inputed correct information went to nhif offices and was told to communicate to E citizen, ecitizen are saying they dispatched the money buh still in NHIF Hics ainting reflecting the patient end up dying because no services without paying todate the money has never reflected

I to went through the same ,same problem infact I paid twice in the month of December upto date the money has not reflected into my NHIF account despite visiting NHIF offices......nothing has not been done....

My sister in Australia usually coordinates with me to get services that are not available abroad on ecitizen. Have them try on their side.

I was also surprised that they let that one pass.

this is how corruption works in government. there was never an open tender to determine who should develop it, and all improvements to date have never been awarded through an open tender. this is extremely concerning especially when you consider how much our government is digitizing services.
