I'm autistic, and I watch charisma videos, as well as those on body language to help me gain the sensativity to social cues that I don't naturally have, unlike neurotypical people. I really appreciate this, especially the part about gravity defying body language, and espscially especially the suggestion to try our an action of body language we don't know, see how it feels - exploiting the physiological pathways of emotion is really creative of a solution ^^ ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
thanks if more people had these skills then our communication would might go better. blessings and appreciation....

Yeah, for sure. You have to get a baseline for what normal behavior is for someone.
I have seen many people crossing their arms in the movie theatre while watching a movie. Doesn’t mean they are not comfortable

Body language tends to be pretty complicated, so I haven't ever seen a simple cheat sheet that doesn't lead to false assumptions. If you want to learn more, there are books linked in the description and the Social Skills Mastery Online Training Program will teach you how to internalize much of this so you can recognize what is going on when you see it.
Thank you I have Autism

We have to look for clusters of body language since no one thing always has a certain meaning. Crossed arms usually mean discomfort and in your case that discomfort is from exhaustion!

@@CoachJohnBush love the response! you gotta remember people respond differently to situations so just bc ur tired like he said someone might be cold, don’t always make a conjecture tryna read the body language, that’s what i’ve learned. it’s a very versatile thing and you gotta know how to manage it but practice makes perfect ! success!
