People exceptionally talented in the Intellection theme are characterized by their intellectual activity. They are introspective and appreciate intellectual discussions. Those with Intellection high have a great depth of consideration. They enjoy the process of bringing perspective through thinking. They are able to and drawn to processing information from every angle. They are contemplative, persistent, and intentional.

When a think living with intellectiom it automatically links to my struggle to come to the table with all my thinking, it hapens sometimes and others not but I could realize that in fact you dont necessarily will be more successful in those situations with more or less thinking but I personally feel more motivated and productive when I realize that I had or will have the time for this. The advice to mentalize you already have some thoughts in that matter or could have it's brilliant and helps a lot to make this talent shine!

Jim keeps saying that he’s an activator and a mover, and that Intellection is a thinker. I have both intellection and activator in my top 5.
My boss is putting me with other people to help them learn the ins and outs of their job and motivate them. He wants me to become the lead in the group at this minimum wage job. I think that is how intellection and maximizer has helped me help people. I want to learn how intellection pairs with futuristic because I think that strength helps give intellection more focus. Too bad I don't have the focus strength in my top five. I think it would help my intellection and learning dominance. Going to save to buy the full package. Maybe my focus isn't completely terrible.
This never happened before but I have a guy that scored all of his 5 strengths as strategic. What are the odds of that and how would I approach that? Can you point me to some resources on your website for this?
