Other themes will influence the exact picture of the future, but it’s always with an element of improvement. It’s improvement for a better team, a better product, a better life, a better world.

The conversational focus around resilience and hope I think was well said. Possessing the ability to think and plan ahead to course correct possible negative outcomes down the road and plan for a better future is a great strength to have.
