I LOVE the Cetaphil Redness Relief lotion. I use it all the time. It absorbs so nicely and I've seen significant improvement in my skin. I saw it on Dr. Dray's YT but you're the only Influencer I've seen talk about it!!! Bomb product.

I read so many bad reviews on TO’s Azelaic Acid Suspension. I ended up purchasing it a few weeks ago. I have had no issues with it pilling like most of the reviewers say. I think it works as a great primer before my sunscreen. Definitely cuts down on the shininess of the spf. I am really enjoying it! I’m so happy you made this video. That Ceravé product looks amazing.

I use the CeraVe gel oil on my lips. It’s AMAZING. It’s also good around my eyes where I get extremely dry. Have you ever tried Buffet by the ordinary? It has many peptide complexes (matrixyl 3000, Synthe’6, SYN-AKE, ARGIRELOX). It also has 11 amino acids, probiotics, and several forms of hyaluronic acid. It is STACKED

I wanted to like The Ordinary Azelaic Acid because it's so affordable, and the thick silicone finish is very mattifying and pore-blurring for my very oily skin. However, it is so thick, sometimes it pills, and it doesn't play well with other products. And, pure azelaic acid makes my skin itch a lot. Since then, I've switched to azelaic acid derivatives (PAD/ Potassium Azeloyl Diglycinate), which is more gentle, doesn't itch, and formulates better in clear serums. The lightweight serums from Geek & Gorgeous, Naturium, and Paula's Choice Pore Purifier are way more elegant on the skin, especially for people with oily skin.

In Spain we have Revox just Azelaic 10% acid and it’s much lighter and less siliconey, than The Ordinary’s and only €4 It just absorbes into the skin. We also have a the Azelaic acid serum from Sesderma which is really awesome. I really love the Cetaphyl pro redness day cream. I haven’t seen the night cream here. It really calms my rozacea and gives my skin a beautiful glow and primes my makeup.

Ooh, I'm definitely trying the cetephil redness relief. Sunflower seed oil (high in linoleic acid, which may help my mild acne), licorice root (which may help fade my hyperpigmentation), plus ceramides and niacinamide (ingredients that I like in the moisturizer I currently use). I never looked at this product because I don't have rosacea. But, that was clearly an oversight on my part. I can't wait to try it. Thanks, Abbey, for highlighting it!

This was a great video, I love the idea of talking about under-hyped products. The Cetaphil redness relief night cream is on my list to try when I finish up my current moisturizer. Have you ever heard of/tried the Malibu C Hard Water Wellness Hair Remedy? (it's a ridiculously long name) It's a packet of crystals that dissolve in water and when applied to the hair help to remove hard water build up. I got it from Amazon and it made such a huge difference in my hair after 1 use. I struggle with hard water build up; even using a chelating shampoo doesn't seem to get all of it. I was intrigued by this product and it did not disappoint! It really did restore softness and shine and helped my natural curls bounce back. Plus, I didn't have to buy another shampoo!

I’m obsessed with azelaic acid. It’s been the only thing to help my years of hormonal cystic acne. However I have to use prescription strength at 20% 🥴😅 it’s to gritty and thick so I use it at night. I wish there was a way to make azelaic acid a better texture. I’m also very intrigued by the anti redness moisturizer and the Good Molecules product. Thank God I found you on Tik Tok last year. You’re one of the best beauty influencers I’ve found.

The CeraVe Gel Oil is absolutely incredible. I end my night routine by applying it a few minutes before the Night Cream. It's been a game changer. I had a great routine prior to this addition already, but this just pushed it over the edge. Nightly routine: CeraVe hydrating cleanser, CeraVe Hyaluronic Acid Serum, CeraVe Renewing Eye cream, CeraVe Renewing Retinol serum, CeraVe Gel Oil, CeraVe Night Cream. 2 to 3 days a week I use the CeraVe Nightly Exfoliating treatment. I obviously don't use the Retinol on these nights.

CeraVe get oil is my jam. Helped me through a bout of over-exfoliated skin recently, I stopped using all actives and harsh products and stripped down to two things: LRP glycerin cleanser and this as a moisturizer. My skin calmed down immediately and looked better using just those two things than my full routine. Been using it as my summer moisturizer since… which seems weird, because it’s fairly heavy, but when used alone without other hydrating products it absorbs well and doesn’t sweat, even in humidity. Found my holy grail first aid skincare product, it’s more versatile than the healing ointment and works very well in a minimalist routine. Keeps my skin calm, hydrated and fills in my fine lines (I’m 35). Would probably be an awesome buffer for retinol.

You are my spirit human in how you drop stuff! My husband says I’m a train wreck lol On most levels I’m a high functioning adult. However, I trip and drop crap all the time. I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t do those things constantly! 😂

Have you tried the Cetaphil redness relief sunscreen? It looks good for up to 2 hours but beyond that it melts off the face. I even set it with the Laura Mercier setting powder. It breaks down very quickly. I think it works well for days when you're out in the sun or at the beach and can reapply, but as an alternative to foundation or a CC cream? No way. That's just my experience! I'll have to try the CeraVe night moisturizer though.

@@the.meandering it's a zinc oxide mineral sunscreen. It's called Cetaphil redness relief mineral sunscreen. It's slightly tinted so many think it's a good CC cream alternative but I'm just here to say it is trash lol.

I've had really great results from The Ordinary Azelaic Acid but I'm also meh about the formula. I still have a lot of back-ups to finish, but I'm curious about Naturium's azelaic emulsion and topical acid 🤔

Im a person that never had skin issues growing up. Then about 9 years ago, out of the blue, I got rosacea. My derm told me I've always had it, just didn't flare until then. I've followed his instructions to the T and within a couple weeks I was all cleared up. Wash my face with dove beauty bar for sensitive skin, use Cetaphil lotion and stay out of the sun/ always use sunscreen. I should mention that he did put me on a antibiotic for a bit at first too. But honestly I've had zero flare ups since. I catch a lot of flack from people when I tell them I use a bar soap to wash my face but I'm telling ya...my derm wasnt lying. It worked for me and still works for me!

Although that dove soap has sodium tallowate in it....rendered animal fat....avoid!! Surely a glycerin based soap would be better? But I'm at a loss as to why any soap should be near your face- very drying!
