Looks like you have had to design your own solutions once again proving the old saying about wanting something done right. I'm working on my own solution for lowering my heating and cooling bills that is very similar in theory/practice/design and problems. I'm considering a chiller loop for indoor grow rooms to utilize an abundant, renewable natural resource we have here in Maine, cold weather. I'm not looking to run any buried lines and may only use an unconditioned portion of the building, as I don't need a tremendous Delta T to achieve my goal. With the right design it may even be possible to use the system to simply transfer the heat to the living space, but transferring the air directly isn't an option due to the high levels of humidity. As much as I'd like to use the heat, I think the greater Delta T will make the system cheaper to build. I did put out some feelers for used Slant fin hydronic baseboard heating elements, but those are typically in pretty tough shape when they are replaced

Useful video, even if I'm in Europe and can't go for the sales pitch. :) Thank you for the information! One video production suggestion though -- if it's feasible for you, I recommend getting more sound baffling into the space where you're recording, to reduce that echoey quality of your voice on the video.

I have a heated shop that I want to add a three piece bathroom. The shop is 150’ away from the main house. Can I use your insulated PEX to supply hot and cold water from the main house to the shop?

Hi there! Yes. Some of our customers are using this for their water lines. But we recommend this to be buried underground to avoid freezing.

Hi James! The outer casing has no seam, it has a smooth ends. But, of course you need to add end caps to totally protect the insulated from water to go inside.
