Undercover Boss - Mary Brown's S3 E10 (Canadian TV series)
Mary Brown's Chicken is the nation's biggest homegrown chain of quick-serve chicken restaurants. The Newfoundland-run company has embarked on aggressive expansion, to give rivals a run for their money. But can they maintain brand consistency in the process? CEO Greg Roberts turns chicken fryer for the week... And what happens when it's over results in the season's biggest employee rewards.

Mary Brown's is one of many reasons I'm proud to be a Newfoundlander.
Best Boss ever. And also in all episodes I watched he was the only one to say that he has to reward all of the other employees. Wish him all the best.
I think this is the best undercover boss I’ve ever watched. I’m so tired it’s good to know there are still some good people
When he said, choosing To do the right thing instead of the “business” minded thing always worked for him.. thats the love intention he had behind it 💜😊
This guy's appreciation and empathy touched my heart... Not many people, rich or not, have that kind of capacity for caring.
Really impressed with that guy, learning at every location and totally on it. That’s why he’s a CEO I guess. He’s a legend, so generous and genuine
*AMAZING* I used to watch this show all the time when it originally aired. I've never seen this particular episode and man, I just gotta say,.... I actually cried at the end of this.... it wasn't so much his generosity which, was AWESOME btw... it was how 💯 % GENUINE he was! *I Felt That Solid In My Heart* Sucha special, beauty~full soul you have, Greg! 💓💛💓💛💓💛
The CEO of Mary Brown's Canada is a super star, that's how your staff must be rewarded,I'm from Namibia stay in Windhoek in Africa ,I would really wish that our business people can learn from him and with God's will i might one enjoy his delicious chicken with my family,God blessed u and your staff AMEN !!!
Wish there were more people in this world like that ceo. God bless you my friend. Thanks for the heart warming video. I’ve been through some rough roads as well and just knowing there are people in this world that’s willing to lay there selves down to help others like us is truly a blessing. Hope the best for you and your company.

Greg Roberts is exactly the same off camera and in person as he was on that show. Nobody out there knows exactly how many citizens he helps not only in his own home community of Triton but the different activities and functions he gives to. My wife is from Triton. Greg has a heart of gold. His giving to others he gives from the heart, he is certainly not tight over his money. Greg DO NOT put up a front for no one.

Wow this was the best under cover boss EVER!!! OMG I was balling my eyes out over the final meetings. I also work at a Canadian company in the food industry but don't seem to be noticed or be able to prove my worth to "the boss " I'm so happy for these folks at Mary browns. This was the best show I've seen for a long time thank you sir for doing the show 🙏 really really enjoyed watching this . Still crying 😢😅😅😅❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Wess savorn 😊
And THIS is why Mary Brown's is the best fast food outlet in Canada. Simply the best chicken and taters. A company that actually cares. The CEO realizes the staff making and serving the chicken everyday, are the reason why Mary Brown's is a success story.
omg, what he did for his employees was amazing...had me in tears!!!

What a good man ! Best wishes as suppliers will be raising their prices considerably throughout 2023, and like everyone else, Mary Brown's will have to raise the prices too ! There will be less customers coming as inflation keeps rising indefinitely !

You know, we watch these things for the train wreck. We either hope the big boss has hard time and realizes the back breaking work that goes into it, or we want a shitty employee who gets the comeuppance they deserve. This was the most heart warming episode ever, good on this CEO and even better on all the employees, everyone got what they deserve and it was beautiful

I wish our boss had a clue what it's like working for their establishement, I feel like a forever unheard insignificant statistic on their payroll, ten years deep and no change
I was concerned that the CEO of a company was learning most aspects of the job for the first time. All CEO's should be thoroughly grounded in all operational aspects in order to make sound decisions
I would do this if I could. I’ve treated everyone that has worked with me as the most important person in the world. Maybe it comes back, maybe not. I’ll not change.
