Great learnings, please make one video when building is towards completion and loan is construction linked, builder put false pressure on buyer to release the payment.

Past reputation of builder doesn't matter. At any moment they may take up projects with insufficient title deeds or pending legal sanctions. Evaluate each project separately. Just because the builder's past 10 projects went well doesn't mean the 11th one would go well

2016 ke pahle se jo building under construction hai, to uske carpet area aur ab k niyam ke anusar ke carpet area me jo difference aaye ga, usme builder to bada ghotala kar sakta hai sir?
