There is a mistaken in plot number in sale deed which came to know after registration so what can we do to rectify such error can anyone provide some suggestions?
Sir, If copy of the documents lost in registrar office and they are not able to provide certified true copy of the property then what kind of step we should take. Do we cancel the deal or any other remedy?

Sir one property dealer tried to sold already sold land to one of my friend but caught during the sale deed.. Their was dispute and Sale deed was not final my friend has paid 20% of amount as advance online but seller did not return it what to do in that case.

Sir, does no encumbrance certificate provides us the details of equitable loan as such I have seen in one of your videos that it doesn't get showed on encumbrance certificate and what would be the solution for that if in case?

Yes, you are absolutely right. Equitable Mortgage is not shown in Encumbrance Certificate. That is why you need to check multiple documents. You have to ask original ownership documents from seller. If in case he is not able to produce, the property could be mortgaged with a bank.

Land records pahle party ke naam se hi jamabandi hai . Hum ko kiya karne chahiye ye flat kharid ni chahiye ya nahi. Agar kharid ni chahiye to kiya sub document dekhne chahiye. Kaha se document veryfing hotey hai faridabad areea ka . Please give suggestion.
