    Sir if an owner has sold his land to two people separately.. n seller has given all the chain to one person. And now that one person is not giving any chain or even photocopies to 2nd buyer. Clearly refusing that i will not give u any chain. Sir what is the solution .

    सरजी नमस्ते सरजी मेरा एक मॅटर था प्लॉट के संधर्भ मे. मैने एक प्लॉट खरिदा एक व्यक्तीसे. पहले जब मैने प्लॉट कि रजिस्टर सौदा पर्ची कि जब 7/12 उतारेपे एक बँक श्रीराम फायनान्स का 10 लाख का रजिस्टर बोझा था. तो मैने उसे 3 महिने का वक्त दिया और बोली हुयी कि ओ बोझा निल करके खरेदी करेंगे. तो उसने 3 महिने मे बोझा निल किया और मैने ओ प्लॉट खरिदा. ओ प्लॉट मेरे नाम किया और सब परमिशन लेकर मैने उस प्लॉट पर मकान निर्माणका काम सुरु किया. लेकिन जब मैने लोन लेणे के लिये अप्लाय किया तब मुझे मालूम हुआ कि उस प्लॉटपे उस आदमीने उस प्लॉट पर दुसरे बँक capri फायनान्स का 19 लाख का इकवि्टेबल लोन लिया हैं. जब मैने उससे पूछा तो ओ बोला कि मैं लोन भर दूंगा. फिर सात महिनेमे उसने आधे पैसे भरे आधे बाकी हैं.तो मैने उस आदमी और मध्यस्ती, एजन्ट पर 420 कि केस दाखल कर दि अभी उसे दो साल हो गये केस चालू हैं. सरजी यहापे एक बात ऐसी हुई हैं कि एक बँक का मतलब श्रीराम फायनान्स का रजिस्टर मॉर्गेज लोन होनेपर दुसरे बँक capri फायनान्स ने इकवि्टेबल लोन दे दिया हैं. मतलब 7/12 उतारा निल नयी था तोभी लोन दे दिया. जब मैने सब कागज जमा किये तो पता चला कि Capri. फा.ने 22/8/2018 को इकवि्टेबल लोन दे दिया. जब कि दुसरे बँक श्रीराम. फा. का उसपर बोझा था और ओ बोझा रजिस्टर ऑफिस से 23/8/2018 को कम किया. पर तलाठी के पास के पास 7/12 उतारेपे बोझा कम नहीं किया. ओ कम किया 12/8/2019 मे. सरजी मुझे अभी आपसे यह सलाह चाहिये कि 1) एक बँक का लोन होनेपर दुसरी बँक लोन दे सकती क्या..? 2) केस तो चल रही हैं पर मैं वहा पर मकान बांध सकता हू क्या..? 3)बँक मेरे प्लॉट पर कारवाही कर सकती क्या..? 4)अभी मुझे क्या करणा चाहिये..?
