There were lot of confusions regarding these terms but Thanks to you👍🏻.....in most of the cases these lands (khasra’s) are further divided into parts and people are not able to locate the exact part of the khasra they own as their are no plot numbers...So my main concern is, how a person having all details like Khewat,Khatauni and Khasra number will able to find his/her owned part or plot number?

HI Sir, Thanks for the educative video. it would be great if you could give us a video on land measurements which are given in the jamavandi like how to read the measure meant given in figures as 63/506, or like 95/759 etc in Rajasthan along with differences in Biswa, Karma, killa and Bigha etc. How to convert the various data of measurements as given in various formats, If possible it would be great if some books can be informed on these issues in land records. Thanks for the awesome video. I have one question...I am planning to buy a residential land for building home but patwari is saying you can get farad but that land can't be registered. So I am confused, if I can get farad why not get it registered on my name. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

Sorry but u described all totally incorrect...khautani has no column about kashtkaar it only gives information of persons that who is paying the revenue {also held in various judgments by Hon'ble SC & HC's} for the said agricultural land and the name of persons who are actually cultivating is mentioned in "khasra" not in khatuani and there is no column of irrigation means in khatauni rather it is mentioned in khasra only .....Kindly go through the above documents throughly once again and then make any video so that the viewers receive the correct information only ..(Being a Judicial officer I go through these documents daily, and that's why i commented)

Commendable.... Same land record terms are employed in Pakistan. Khathooni number in most of areas now less used as patwaris try to keep record by just giving gurdawari as "self cultivated."....
