For real, you have the likable personality that makes people want to see you beat these challenges every time. If youtube ever becomes no longer a media platform for your content it may be a worthwhile effort to shop around some networks in the chance of starting a Randy Santel version of a man vs food like show. I doubt I'm the first to suggest it, but with such a friendly, likable personality you seem like a perfect fit for such a venture. Anyway, another great video man. I grew up in Detroit, and back in the day if you just did this challenge you'll get the free meal and win $500, and I believe you get 1 hr instead!! Good job and good watch!

I've learned just from watching that the secret is to eat the protein first and save the carbs for last. Not that I plan on ever doing competitive eating.

@ErikTheElectric: I definitely agree. 2 pounds of meat is one thing; it's warm, juicy, and pliable. 2 pounds of bread is a completely different beast, especially with a belly that's already full of all the meat. cheese, slaw, and fries. He did a great job with it, though.

I remember going to bread basket with my grandparents when my family and I would visit every summer. Unfortunately since the grandparents have passed away haven't gone back. Love their sandwiches.
