Yo, Randy! Big fan here and former professional chef. Chase the hot w/ cheese. The high fat content coats the soft palette and nulls the burn effect. Nobody seems to know this… not even “Hot Ones”. Silly celebs, lol 😂

One of the things that impresses me about Randy is how he’ll often add jalapeños or hot sauce to a challenge, whereas a lot of other eaters struggle with spice. So if he says that sauce is spicy then, uh, think I’ll give this one a miss 😅

My wife, a (proud small town) Colorado native, wanted me to point out - before she threw something at the TV - that Longmont's in a different county from Denver, about 40 miles away from Denver city center, and halfway to Fort Collins - not exactly a suburb. That's like saying "Los Angeles" from Seal Beach, Thousand Oaks, or Castaic...or deep inside the Angeles National Forest. Aside from that? She's a big fan. :) Great video! Keep on dominating.

They were cooked after being sauced. The sauce was already pretty dark, so it blackened, like blackened fish. Doesn't mean it's burnt.

I stopped listening to music a long time ago to encourage people to chat and interact who are watching in person. I now only use music when it is huge and I'm lacking confidence.

I was watching you 1st. Then you put her on and of course she would blow up. It's awesome watching you eat but to see her do it is amazing. You should be proud of what you two have going. (which I know you are). Keep going strong I'm in your corner 💪
