Facts, during these deals is like talking to the police, anything you say can and will be used against you. At I think the guy started off by complementing his stone, but where he funked up is when he said that he already had a buyer and on top of that he said that he has none of them in stock. I'm sure that guy incredible salesman but he broke every rule of leverage in the first sentence LOL - guy likes my stone - guy already knows take money off my stone - guy has no other option in this present moment, which means you're not only negotiating for the deal. Your qualifying him for his next sale as well. ( just my opinion that I used voice to text to type out nothing serious lol)

It's amazing how much knowledge, and expertise is required to actually understand what's going on. I can't imagine how much extra it takes to be profitable. It's a good lesson that brains is EVERYTHING. Provided the connections, 'drive', and funding is also there.

An inclusion just what it sounds like: something _included_ in the stone that's not the same material as the rest. It can be literally anything (e.g., water, gas, petroleum), but it's usually a different type of rock/mineral around which the main stone formed. Some types of stone (e.g., topaz) tend to have little to no inclusions, while others (e.g., emerald) almost always have some inclusions.
