This is an excellent step up in production quality, and it's awesome to see an industry that doesn't get much insider coverage. Your shorts are good for bite-size information, but long-form content like this is simply outstanding.

Outside of giving us an inside look into negotiating gems you also give us an idea of how to talk to people in business and in life you’re friendly you give all the info you can you get real with your customers but you stand firm and confident in your goods something people should apply to their everyday routine
